Perfect stay! ”
Everything exceeded our expectations! Our hillside villa was huge, and had the most incredible views over the bay (we booked a hillside villa hoping for a view and weren’t disappointed). The rock pool was bigger than expected and always a good temperature. The personal bicycles were a great idea and made getting around the resort easy, so although there were always buggies available we didn’t use these too often. However it was the staff who really made our stay special. Our GEM Zen was lovely, and always on hand to help with anything we needed. She also helped arrange incredible vegetarian meals for us every night which was much appreciated. A highlight was our trek with Mr Thuong to see the black-shanked duoc langurs, which we were lucky enough to spot. Mr Thuong was very knowledgeable and a great trekking companion, taking some wonderful pictures for us, so thank you! The gym and the Spa were both first class, and my facial left my skin really soft for days afterwards. The food overall was fantastic and definitely the most vegetarian options we’ve had anywhere in Vietnam. We particularly loved the juice bar and the free ice cream on the beach every afternoon was a nice touch (not to mention delicious). So thank you so much to everyone at Six Senses for making our stay special and we hope to be back soon!

An upscale resort with green concept, great location & wonderful staffs. I love the breakfast and their cold room, wide selection. Not to mention their free ice cream bar from 11.00-16.30. Their villas scattered around the island, the ones up on the hills need a lot of climbing but the view tomatdressing the ocean is magnificent. But they also have villas by the beach. Very Instagramable place.

If you want to be isolated in nature from your hectic life, this is the place. The location was just perfect with fresh air and perfect villa and service. The bay is surrounded by beautiful mountains and the resort itself is eco-friendly. We stayed in a beach front pool villa which has a clean pool and easy access to the beach. The beach of Ninh Van Bay is a bit too narrow and rough to enjoy the beach for long time but you have other water activities ( kayaking, snorkeling, etc.) , light climbing, walks, and bicycling in the resort. One downside is the food. No variety and it's not the level up to the upper high-end, compared to the prices. However, we really enjoyed the cozy villa, the natural environment, the service. And the dining in the wine cave was very unique!

The beach is gorgeous. The accommodation is lovely (although some may find it a little rustic in style). The transfer costs are a bit rich ($250USD each way for my family or 4). I don’t mind paying for quality but this was far too much. And with no other options to get to the resort, you have no choice but to suck it up and pay. Staff are lovely and will do anything for you.

We love this resort! My parents are 78 years old so we booked the 2-bedroom beach front villa as this provides direct access to the beach. But if you are a couple, then I think the Water Reserve or Rock Villa will be much better. The staff are very friendly and professional. I love to come back!

Everything is good except for the discrimination from staffs”
We, a Vietnamese family travelled with old people and kids. We also invited a friend of family who is an American lady. The staffs were nice in general but they showed more respect and support to the foreigner than Vietnamese local people. They didn't show us the Wine cave, the cold room to store cold food/fruit while they did to my American friends. And there's one time, the staff at the restaurant respectedfully told my American friend that "anything you need, just let me know". We pay for the same amount, why don't we have the same quality of service?

The stay was good. Room was good. Excellent location. My only complaint is the staff. We were not properly introduced to the resort and were neglected during the check in process. The staff didn't notify us about the check out time and arrangements for the shuttle to the airport.
