Value for money with this price considering its location. Our room was newly renovated (i think), everything feels like new and spotlessly clean. For a pretty small room, we get a large flat screen tv which was superb.

Very safe and good location, 2 blocks away for Queensway station, very clean backpackers ＆ very friendly staff. Ｗe discover at first night the Hostel ran out of hot water after 12 midnight, the staff very kindly upgraded our room for the second night. Breakfast included, the menu invariable is toasts, milk, coffee, cereals, jam, butter, boiled eggs. Washing machine and drier for £5. luggage storage over night £1 each , super fast and well connect Wifi ,if you are new in London and like a quiet place to crash this hostel is highly recommendable.

I like the location of this hostel. It's really nearby to everything..It just a 20 minutes walk to Natural History Museum through the Kensington Park. For a solo muslim woman traveller, this is definitely a nice place to stay

Hostel was as expected, room was quite small however they had sizeable lockers to keep your belongings. Place was clean and staff were friendly at check-in and check-out.

Not bad for the price. Better than expected”
I had never stayed in a hostel before and, based on friends' comments, I did not have high expectations. While this hostel did not blow me away in any sense, it did perform better than expected. The facilities were clean, although a bit worn down. The employees were nice; they gave good service. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat for 5 pounds, which was a good deal. Not a spectacular breakfast, but great for 5 pounds. My only real complaint was the size of the beds. They clearly weren't made for someone taller than, like, 5 foot 8 inches. As a 6-foot-tall man, the beds were definitely on the smaller end. But all things considered, I don't regret staying at this hostel. It's in a FANTASTIC location. Very close to a lot of London tourist attractions and multiple London Underground stations.

I booked two nights here but only my luggage staying here. My first day I got a creepy guy who’s the guest were following me in the elevator and asking me to sleep with him. Super random. I got scared and slept at a friend. Next day I pick up my luggage and I found out someone had been through in my luggage and my women’s deodorant was switched to a men’s ones. Luckily I didn’t have any valuables. This hostel perfect if you’re in a big group or staying in the private room. The staff are super accommodating and amazing. Leo and the team are cool. Despite the bad experience I had I would stay here again but with friends

Staff are accommodating and helpful. It has a very relaxed and chilled vibe. Breakfast included is a bonus. Rooms clean, privates have tea and coffee making facilities. Outside area for sitting with a drink and watching thec world go by near to park, shops a d restaurants. Good bus routes and Tube stations within a 5 minute walk. (Queensway or Bayswater).

The only thing lacking is a full kitchen, which you do find in the other Smart Hostels in London. But for travellers or people working in Central. its a perfect location.
