                  Inexpensive place to stay in downtown Suratthani but it is not located in the center. It'd be nice if you have own car. There provide plenty of parking space. Facilities were decent.

                  Location is not right in town butit suits us as we like walking. Local foods around this property are quite good and authentic. We like the modern unfussy room. The only problem we had was the housekeeping staffs starts early at 5am walking outside the room, talking loud and pushing their which woke us up all three consecutive nights. Apart from that its all grand.

                  For a transit from Koh Samui to catch a flight the next day I would say that it was ok. Easy access to find food and there is a 7-11 near by. Clean hotel I must say but the sound of a band from a pub nearby are annoying. If you plan to sleep early, you better standby your earplug.

                  Really terrible beds ”

                  The beds felt like what you might expect to find in a 200 baht per night youth hostel. Hard as a rock. Hard to sleep. Why some Thai owners spend millions on a building, then skimp on a decent quality mattress is difficult to understand. Trying to save money in all the wrong places. Otherwise it is a decent if simple place.
