Excellent Choice”
Location is 800 meters from Masjid Haram - some 10 minutes walk which is not much. However for older people or family with kids it can be a hastle. Rooms are very clean and staff very very friendly. Most facilties are up to the mark. Convenience stores and restaurants just around the corner. On the last day, the reception guy got me car for Jeddah at a very decent rate. All in all, it is super value for money.

Exceeded expectations, 10 minutes away from the Masjid Al Haram”
This is a fairly new hotel, tucked away in an alley way on its one which could be viewed as negative thing, there is work going on next to the hotel which causes a lot of noise, however it was something we all got used to. Room sizes were slightly smaller than what was expected however the toilet was nice and clean, headboards and overall look to the hotel was very nice. A sink in the room is a bonus, although could do we a kettle. Only 30 rooms in the whole hotel so it is quite small and hence less people traffic. For the price I got this hotel it was an absolute bargain and would use this hotel again in the near future. The hotel is a one minute walk from the famous shohada hotel on ajyad street and thus only a ten minute walk to the Masjid Al haram.

Far away from Haram. Takes at least 20 minutes walk to reach Haram. It is a small hotel, clean rooms but not a 3 star hotel at all. Staff is courteous but they never cleaned room in my 6 night stay. Provided only 1 towel and after asking several times, another towel was provided. Water pressure in shower is too low to have a shower. Overall, not recommended.

Location is the worse part of the hotel.very hard to find as it is up by the hill of from the side road. Very hard to walk up the hill specialy for elder people and with childrens. To far from the HARAM 10/15mns walk depends on the time. walking with families 15/20mns. Hotels cleanness is ok as it's still fairly New. rooms are decent size. Staff as anyone was there most of time there's no one at reception. In the whole hotel I think there was only two staff at a time of there shift.

Agoda bad Service”
I came to the hotel in Snood Ajyad and there was no room available but the Booking was already paid 2 days back. I mailed Agoda team for urgent assistance as I didn't know what to do but no one replied. Till now i'm sending mails and asking for compensation but my surprise no one is responding at all. This is the second time that Agoda has done in 1 month time . I expect good customer service but it has been crap lately. Anyone reading my feedback, kindly don't book through Agoda as they don't understand, know their customer and the customer service is very very poor please be safe before booking as you might travel from abroad and you are stuck with no room and hotel in an unknown ciuntry anyone reading my reviews please don't book with Agoda

Manque de courtoisie ”
L'hôtel est bien en général et à une courte distance à pied du haram (10 minutes) mais au moment où nous étions là il y avait un chantier juste à côté. Le bruit était très dérangeant et ça commencait à 7h00 jusqu'à 21h00. La moindre des choses ça aurait été que le personnel nous avertisse de cette situation à l'avance. Nous avons vraiment été déçus.
