I loved everything about SOFITEL. Fast check-in even though it was quite packed during CNY holidays. The room is so amazing! From the interior design, to such a cool bathroom with a huge bathtub in it. Not to forget the cleanliness is on a top notch. Bathroom and the entire room was super clean. We got excited with the coffee maker machine that was placed in the room and definitely worth trying to make your own coffee. The view is nothing so great, as my room had only the pool view. Staffs are all nice and provided wonderful service throughout my entire staycation. Breakfast was so good too, with varieties of food to try. Definitely worth every money and I would recommend this hotel to others, for those who would like to have a good time with family, friends or even couples. I will definitely come back to stay here.

My sister and I stayed here from 13th Jan to 15th Jan. it was our first visit here and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff, from the receptionist to the ones at the restaurant and also the room service staff as well as the staff at the Spa were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, especially the large bathroom. We definitely enjoyed the private bath spa and we’ll have it again if we stay here next time. The breakfast was amazing as there was a variety of food available. My sister loved the muesli and yogurt the most. We highly recommend this hotel, regardless how long you wish to stay here as everything is great. 👍

Even before our holiday started, Khairul and Khairil from the concierge department left an early impression by their prompt replies and detailed responses. When we arrived, Jothi checked us in seamlessly. She made us feel at home. Yazid from Kwee Zeen was always talking to us and attentive to our needs. Kajal from housekeeping was diligent with tidying up our room every single day (even wanting to do it the day before we checked out). This is quite rare. Some many more staff to thank but can’t remember their names. Memorable stay, will surely come back again:)

My husband, my toddler son and I booked Luxury King and we had one of the best staycation ever. Thank you to the friendly staffs from the front desk, the maintenance team, the restaurant, the door man, everyone has been so courteous to us. Very clean, spacious room with bathtub, we were placed at level 22 with Petronas twin tower view. All has been well. Will come back!

Overall everything was good, the room is big and bed is comfy. Breakfast had good varieties, my children enjoyed it. There's a mall beside the hotel, which was convenient for us to grab supper/snacks. Only thing was the housekeeping didn't clean well during our day 2 stay. The shower head on bathub water will flow on the floor & it was slippery and my kid fell down.

The room is spacious and clean, the location is good! However, the peak season may make the thing become messy and fortunately the staffs are still being professional and politeness. We arrived in evening and got the inform about the room yet to ready with no expected time but really appreciate for the Chinese female receptionist who still giving the good service and tried to solve the issue asap. If there is not a long waiting for the room check in, overall should be the best!

This is my second stay of the year with young kids. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to hotel is DC mall you can get some food and beverage easily. The tiles of the bathroom is slippery when it is wet. So please ensure the safety.

Stayed here with my mum. Took a junior suite for 2 nights. Location wise is good. A little away from town but since it's attached to a shopping mall, very easy access to a lot of eateries. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amenities provided were excellent. I especially like the bath salts provided.. very nice. Staff were warm and polite. Very accommodating and professional. Coffee house was amazing. Wonderful spread for breakfast. The local bakery in the hotel needs a mention, as the pastries and bread were excellent! i really REALLY would come back again, just for the pastries! Price is suitable for the facilities and standard of the establishment. Highly recommended for a convenient stay in the PJ area and cozy enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Had a great stay here even for a night. I attended an event at the Nizza Restaurant (lovely food btw!) and decided to stay for the night. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the service they have given! I’d definitely go back some day for a staycation there. Although, if you’re looking for a hotel with a view, there’s not much you can see except for Damansara/Bukit Damansara there.

Need to wait for more than 2 hours for check-in. According to the staff, the hotel lacks of manpower to clean the rooms. I don’t think this should have happened because according to the staff, “this thing is normal for every weekend”. The hotel management should fix this problem . But other that, all was superb. i love the design, layout. even though i asked for King Bed and just got a single twin bed, its okay. the room, bathroom, food, facilities still in a good condition and clean. will repeat to stay here but not on weekend 😄

The hotel is very thoughtful that they surprised us with a slice of cake to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Their room is very comfortable and classy especially with the French themed mirror. One tiny downside was the toilet flush is slightly faulty, once flushed the flush couldn’t stop. Was a minor problem, hope they could fix it. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
