Patient receptionist could answer all our questions, and managed to help us make a reservation at a nearby restaurant. Room was clean, fresh towels are given everyday, location was good as well - about 5 mins walk to the beach. Many restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance

Very pleasant stay”
Beautiful place with so many great corners/views to take photos. I especially love the front yard setting of the hotel, took a lot of photos there. 5 minute walk to the beach, with a lot of food and fruits selling on the street, very convenient. The hotel is right across the street from the famous Mi Quang Ech Bep Trang restaurant, but I wasn't impressed with the food there though. The breakfast, pool, room, staff are all very nice. Definitely booking this hotel again if I come back to Da Nang.

Worth for Money”
The location of the hotel is just around 7mins walking from the beach. We got upgraded to a room with balcony which is nice. The aircond vent only works at one side of the room, so it takes longer time to cool down the room, but it was fine for us. Room is clean, nothing to complain. Perhaps training for the receptionist because she cant really understand english

A well maintained hotel (with good beds and clean sheets), spacious rooms, not spectacular views but still very decent unobstructed city on one side and beach of the other. The cherry on the top is the efficient staff, easy check in and check out.

Okay for the price”
The room was clean and fine, nothing stand-out but not bad. The pool on the roof was tiny, the 'gym' was an old treadmill on the balcony, and the rooftop bar was not running. The breakfast was nice, and had a ton of options, although not very many western options, not even any eggs much to my dismay! We had a slightly frustrating check out experience... we asked about a late checkout the day before and were quoted a price. The next day the price was different. Then we asked how much a taxi would be to the airport, and they quoted us over double the going rate right outside the front door. Then we asked if the taxi would take dong only, or if USD was an option (we were running low on cash) they said only dong, but don't worry you can exchange currency here with us. So we said Oh awesome, then we won't have to go to the ATM, and then the lady said "$100 usd or more"... which was laughable, as we already explained that we just were going to get cash for a taxi ($5). All in all, the hotel was fine, but when I stay somewhere I do like to feel like the staff are looking out for me. I want to trust them. If you choose to give them your money, you'd think they'd at least quote an honest price for a taxi, so I didn't like that vibe from the front desk.

New hotel, breakfast buffet change dishes every day, good location, nice staff. I choose 3 room with bancon , city view. Rooms are good. But 1 room has strange smell, I called to Reception to ask for changing room and they found that there is 1 died mouse.

Good budget hotel”
Lovely lobby and very good reception staff. Room ok, but very small bathroom, good view. Breakfast adequate. Pool should really be closed until fixed. Lots of tiles missing and water cloudy, surrounding area dirty, roof bar not open and in very untidy state - looks like they call this the gym area as well. Cheap rate tho and in good spot close to beach and reasonable eateries.

Excellent mid range hotel”
Great buffet that changes daily. Lots of fruit. Great pho and even a few dim sum choices. Beautiful rooms and lobby. The pool area, though small, has a spectacular view of the ocean. The massive amount of new building in the area might change that in the future. Staff were friendly. The location is a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. Our room had no window, but since the room is lovely, and had a great photo of Da Nang all lit up, it didn’t bother us. Though the rooms with windows look spectacular. We peaked into a few when they were being cleaned. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. It’s picky to talk about the level of English when one is not in an English speaking country, but it would be nice if there were always one staff on who had good English.

Our stay at Soho Boutique Hotel felt like a treat. From the generous buffet breakfast to the roof pool with an amazing beach view, not to mention the room was pristine and the bed humongous. Order at the bar and you’ll however have a hard time communicating with the staff. A lovely stay overall!

Soho Boutique Hotel is a lovely, clean and well located hotel. The staff is very friendly, kind and conversant with markets, malls and massage parlours around. Even though the staff knew minimal English, they more than made up for it by trying their best to be helpful.

Value for money stay”
Room was spacious and comfortable. Located before the Han bridge and it is less buzzling as compared to after the bridge. Near to the beach and many seafood restaurants and eateries (5-10mins walk). Hotel offers free bicycle and motorbike usage. Swimming pool and gym were very small and we did not bother using them, did our workouts at the beach instead. We mostly took grab around da nang as it was affordable and reliable. Overall a very comfortable stay that is value for money. Would choose soho again if we return to Da nang.

I really had an wonderful experience in here. The staff free upgraded us (to suite) for our anniversary. And the services were so great and one of the male can speak mandarin as well. I strongly recommend this hotel because of perfect location and polite, helpful staff. Ps The Seaview is stunning too. If I come to da nang next time. The hotel is very near to My Khe Beach, a very beautiful beach in Da Nang. For those who like sea food, you can find plenty of sea food restaurants and stalls around. The room is clean and cozy, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Two minutes from the beach but why would you leave these rooms”
Beautiful hotel with great helpful staff. Seconds from the beach and great views from your room. Da Nang is making the waterfront a paradise but as a result there is a lot of construction around you. It can become a little loud in the evening but don’t let that deter you this place is great.

The hotel was very close by to shops as well as the beach. Few good massage parlous and restaurants as well. The hotel room was clean and I felt so grateful as the hotel staff upgraded my room for free. Breakfast was good and really worth the money you pay as my room came together with breakfast. There is a construction going on the next building hence the pool doesn't had that much privacy as you can see construction workers same level at the next building with the hotel's pool. But the pool is descent and facing the beach. Special thanks goes to Mr. Zeng (Rum Tran) for helping me out with my tours and making sure I had a perfect stay! I'll definitely return back to this hotel!
