Overall environment very very nice and clean, feel like home, lemon grass aroma in the hotel really refreshing after long driving to the hotel. Hotel staff was very attentive and nice.

It’s one of those places where things are carefully thought-through rather than the strategic location (hence guaranteed occupancy) being taken for granted. Stayed at the Deluxe Family Quad - 2 queen beds (fit 4pax) and there’s even a living area with a large sofa (so can fit an extra pax?) - space is good and place’s VERY CLEAN. Shower (spacious), toilet (small) and vanity (spacious) are separate which we liked - although the toilet’s a bit too close to the beds LOL so one may feel insecure when going number two. Bed and pillows are comfy. Everything you expect to be there are there - toiletries, hairdryer, iron, towels (lots of them and good ones too!), TV, mini bar. The whole building smells so nice. Chic and modern design with a hint of, idk- Japanese? Parking’s free. Most importantly it’s located right in the middle of the city (5mins to the popular food places). All of that, with such affordable rates. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Ipoh another time, no questions asked.

Spacious, clean and elder-friendly”
I choose this hotel for a staycation with my parents (because my dad has daily dialysis so we cant travel far). And my parents love the room soooo much. It is very spacious and well decorated. We love the ambience and the water access. The only downfall was, there was no tea or coffee set in room plus I've been here before and I was welcomed by apples haha. But for this expensive room, this time, I just found the tray with a note but no apple haha. Other than that, everything is wonderful!!!

A Cosy & Chic Hotel”
First time staying in a hotel centred around a healthy concept. Never realised it was a hotel because of the large Herbaline logos that adorn the building but it's nestled away in there. The staff are friendly and inviting. The design reminds me a lot of the Muji shop. Upon entering, there is a very fragrant scent of lemongrass. The hotel is quite secure as you will need a room card to access the the accommodation floors. In terms of the room, very well appointed and homely. Bed is comfortable and it feels very cosy. Shower pressure is ample and the aromatic smell of lemongrass is very therapeutic. There's a Mama Kim's restaurant at the ground floor making food access convenient. They serve mostly organic based food which is rather delicious. Location wise, it is a stones throw from the city centre. Parking is ample and it is rather peaceful at night. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great for family with kids. But it will be better if you choose room without duplex since my kids quite over excited about having own spaces and almost fall the stairs. It's totally my bad but still enjoy the cozy room and clean environment. Totally worth it!

BEST STAY EVER!”
I don't know where to begin but everything was perfect. We arrived at around 5pm so check in was fast, if you came in earlier, I don't know if there'll be a wait or not. This is a sister group to Herbaline, so the entire building smells WONDERFUL. As if you're in a spa the whole time. The interior is lovely. They have a common area for tea. The room was lovely. Spacious for the four of us, plenty room for luggage. The amenities, body wash and shampoo are spa grade. Lemongrass scented oh my god I loved it so much. We went for a massage and my masseuse was so nice and I had the BEST massage. Pretty sure I snored during the massage lol. It wasn't even expensive. The entire trip was amazing, I recommended to all of my friends and I won't go anywhere else after this. Mind blowing!

Value for money ”
I would like to comment on my 2 nights stay. On 14th morning, I hung the notice on the door at 10am for my room to be made up. I came back 3 times ( last returned at 5pm ) but my room was still not made up. So, my husband reported to your guy at the reception and he immediately instructed the cleaners to make up the room. I would like to say that the job done on the bed was as though the cleaners are unhappy with the complaint. Your cleaners' action does not auger well for your hospitality industry. This may sound like a petty complaint but if this small matter is not seriously looked into/fixed, you may expect bigger issues to surface in future. Also, the room air-cond is a noisy eventhough 'quiet' mode is on. Maybe you may want to look into noises late at night made by other guests in their rooms. Apart from the above, I would give your hotel a four star rating but I could not say how long this rating can hold.

Clean and nice design”
Love how clean the hotel is. Nice smell, nice decor, friendly staff, water, and tea provided. The location is easy to find and parking is no problem. The shower water pressure is good and the bathroom is spacious. The only downside is soundproofing, you can hear upstairs and people in the hall, you can hear when people talk or walk around.

Pros- very good lemongrass aroma throughout the corridor and even the shower gel. Which you will feel relax and “bali” feel spa vacation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very near to most famous eatery. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. The water pressure are strong. I mad love their shower gel and shampoo. Cons- It was kinda bali style spa room. The aroma were decent. However, sound proof are weak. Don’t recommend for light sleeper. I guess it used to be their massage room. Further more, parking are first come first served basis. Conclusion, choose this if your are not light sleeper.

Wow factor when step into this guest house. Comfy and relaxing ambient! The place is new and decorated with class! Love in first sight. We stayed at the family 4 room, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the toilet and bathroom is not fully covered .. is difficult to not to let the smell passing through the opening ! The Matt glass wall still quite transparent .. not so conduisive

Highly recommend this hotel while u come to Ipoh. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and relax. The receptionist is very good and friendly too. They provide us free mask during this covid19 pandemic situation. Besides, they offer us to upgrade the room package by paying additional rm10 to experience a 45min sauna hot bed under Herbal Line or voucher to visit Mama Kim for breakfast and lunch. At last, we decided to took the hot bed package. It's great experience to enjoy and relax yourself after 3 months MCO staying at home and working from home. Overall,good! Will definitely stay again if i come to Ipoh.

It’s like staying in a spa”
Beautiful guesthouse at a good location near Ipoh central. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance at (e.g. GreenTown area) and you can reach Ipoh Parade easily by Grab or short self drive. They also have healthy restaurant and real spa downstairs. The best highlight of this guesthouse is the room. The scents, furnishings and decorations of the room are like being in a relaxing spa.

Loved this Japanese style hotel w bidet toilet ! Nice and clean throughout the hotel hallway , lobby and general cleanliness . Nice Mama Kim restaurant and Herballine spa facility on site for a long w/end getaway . You won’t be disappointed!
