Birthday Staycation”
Thank you Solaire staff from the front desk, dining staff, housekeeping, guards, Fresh Buffet, and Breakfast buffet. My partner and I booked a deluxe room last July 3-4, 2022, upon entering the room, they have prepared a cake and balloons as a surprise for my birthday. Everyone was approachable and friendly, especially Ms Julie Ann (i think) from the front desk. Everything was so clean and they followed all the safety protocol. Thank you so much Solaire! Hopefully, when the pandemic ends every guest are allowed to bring food and drinks. Nonetheless, the food from the in-room dining and restaurants are so good!!

Pampered and relaxing ”
We had a room with a bay view. Had a few great looking sunsets. The bed was super comfortable. We took advantage of the spa amenities and we weren’t disappointed. The pool and the pool side services were great. There are restaurants for every palate. The garden restaurant and feast buffet served some good food. The casino was adaquate. Slot machines need upgrading. Never had issues our experience was pleasant and fun. I would not hesitate to stay there .

Haven’t been to the property for awhile, but the overall great experience has not dwindled with time. My upgraded room was beautiful with super amenities. In these trying times the hotel was taking extra cleaning measures everywhere to keep the guests and staff safe👍Special thanks to front desk agent Miguel Ronquillo. Topnotch in all aspects! Best asset is the staff. Everyone is commendable - the front desk staff, Fresh buffet chefs and wait staff, Foodcourt , housekeeping, all of them were warm and welcoming and very pleasant to us. We were happy with our bay view room- it was fresh and spacious and had ample amenities, bed linen and towels were fresh, choice of toiletries very good, Worth mentioning also are the beautiful floral arrangements dotting the lobby, elevator area, etc. All in all a memorable staycation worth repeating.

Amazing Rooms, Great Food and Gaming Choices, Fine Amenities, Helpful Staff”
Staying at Solaire exceeded my expectations. First off I got bumped to a suite with an amazing view of Manila Bay. Dined with friends at Kiwa (Korean BBQ), Fresh (international buffet), and Lucky Noodles (Chinese dim sum and noodles), none of which disappointed. Walked the casino floor that had a good balance of table games and slot machines. It has one section with 10 tables of video-assisted baccarat that I enjoyed. It also has top of the line shopping with names like Versace and Ferragamo. Again, Solaire exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back!

Wedding Anniv Staycation”
We stay in solaire every year to celebrate our anniversary but this was the longest stay and the first time we were greeted and given a surprise treat of wine and chocolate and its all because Miguel from the frontdesk was geniunely engaging and asked if there was an occasion because he noticed that we come back yearly at the same dates. I would also like to mention Sandy from the fitness center who has been extremely helpful every time I go to the gym which was almost everyday. She was very patient with me and offered to help with the routine and equipment. Kudos to both of them they should get a raise.

Our favorite hotel but never book in sky tower ..unfriendly receptionist”
Worst receptionist I have ever encountered. Try not to check in with Nikki from sky tower...she will ruin your stay! The hotel is perfect from Robert the bellman to all the door attendants Nico and crew ...except that you have to beware of Nikki sky Front office receptions it will ruin your stay even if you are at the best mood!

Check in fast and efficient. Received a room upgrade and it was large , spacious with all appliances and facilities in good working order. Internet in room was fast enough for my needs. All resort staff was exceptionally polite and very attentive to the customer’s needs. The Solaire ticked all the boxes for my requirements, and I will visit again. I Have stayed at many hotels around world. As i long haul travel a lot from NZ to Ireland. This was the best experience. I got complimentary upgrade to Suite. The many bars and restaurants give the feeling that you stay in a small city. Great food and super service from staff. Probably best buffet breakfast.

Great service!! Solaire will never fail you on their service, amenities, staff and buffet!!! Location is good too! We enjoyed their pool and breakfast buffet!! Room was so clean and in order. Staff are very courteous and respectful. I just hope they lower their rates!! :) we bought ours at $500 usd per night!!! But all in all you get what you pay for!! Hope to book solaire again!

Solaire is by a long way one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at from the amenities to the friendly services, this is a very impressive hotel that must be seen to be believed for the price also unbeatable my stay was far too short I could have remained there far longer. If I ever come back to Manila I will not stay anywhere other than Solaire.
