I stay 5 days in 2 bedrooms unit The room is big enough services are amazing Nice place and friendly staff very clean Washing machine can be used and the detergen was suppplied too Rice cooker, pan, oven ,and other kitchen equipments were supplied baby box bed were supplied for my baby you can find minimarket at basement. but the item price is more expensive. i like to coming back to this hotel. very nice serviced residence.

I liked staying here because the room was big, clean, and neat, the buffet breakfast was nice, the hotel facilities were complete, the price was affordable, the staffs were helpful and polite, and the location was strategic. Overall it's a good experience and really worth the money. The space is actually quite clean (like the bed, toilet, table), but you must use hotel sandal as the floor looks clean but my feet becomes dusty after a while, we also have to re-wash all the kitchen utensils as they are very oily and doesn't feel clean at all. the breakfast is catered to our room, te menu isn't really varied and the taste is so-so. Other than that, the room is great, spacious, all furniture in good condition and look good. Might be back!

Just one inconvenience, car parking space. It's way outside across the apartment, on an open space and very limited. I parked one time on a rainy night and had to exit myself from the car through the passenger side since I had to park it closely tight with another car.

My kids love to spend their holiday/weekend in this Somerset, this is not our first time. But unfortunately during our stay this time, the waterfall on the swimming pool was not working and the sliding playground was under renovation as well. Maybe we were coming not at the right time... The place is so comfy and spacious for group i rent the 3br, it so good. It has everything, tv, refrigerator stove, microwave and oven, washing machine, iron room, glasses, eating utensil. Totally recommended!

Furniture was a bit old, but everything was clean. Our refrigerator was broken and they replaced it right away. Health protocol was applied properly. Unfortunately they stated they have a washing dryer machine, but our laundry didn’t dried at all. But everything else was great

Still the best place to stay in Jakarta for families with young children”
We have always spent our Christmas holidays in Jakarta (except last year) and always been satisfied with the service offered by Somerset. We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit for our 2 teenage children and my older sister. There were a bit problems with electricity and toaster, but the staff was very responsive and quick in aid. Since we are still in the pandemic, breakfast had to be delivered to our room, and ordered a night before; the menu and the selection of eggs, as usual, are still the best. The front office staff, Vita, especially has been very friendly and helpful and always remember our names. Health protocols were strictly followed in all areas of the apartment even in the swimming pool. Our only regret was that we booked our one-hour slot to swim for our last morning at the front office, but when we got to the pool at the scheduled time, the pool staff said our names weren’t listed and we couldn’t swim as the pool was full. Perhaps better communication FO-Pool staff in the future? All in all, Well done, Somerset. Keep up the great service!

A Pleasant Two Night Stay”
Everything is as expected as this was our second stay here. We got the deluxe 3BR room, which seems like a better/newer unit compared to the Executive one (we stayed at executive 3BR before) — only a bit smaller. AC works properly, furniture seems to be well maintained. The downside was the floor a bit dirty, just use indoor sandals. The housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, we missed a bath towel after daily cleaned up. The cooker hood unfortunately was broken, so every time we cook the room basically smelled like kitchen. The staff is attentive and helpful. We had better stay compared to the first one.
