Vừa ở Song Lộc về tuần trước 1. Bữa sáng ít đồ, tên món ăn còn nhầm lẫn tùm lum. 2. Bể bơi hẹp, phòng xông hơi trong nhà vệ sinh bẩn, mùi. Không có nhân viên trực bể bơi. 3. Xuống xe phải đi hỏi hết nhân viên này đến nhân viên kia để chỉ chỗ đỗ xe. Không hiểu nổi.

Quite ok, we were really satisfied with the rooms and bathroom, breakfast suited our taste, location not on the main road but still quite ok, there's a wet market across the hotel, it's bustling with locals in the morning

Đặt phòng sớm trước nửa tháng nhưng trưa 12h vào check in thì ks nói điều hoà hỏng nên k đáp ứng được phòng, trong khi ngay lúc đó đang có vài đoàn đông người check in nhận phòng. Nhà mình khách lẻ có 2 bé nhỏ thì bị báo như trên, và nói hỗ trợ chuyển sang ks bên cạnh. Tóm lại tác phong kém chuyên nghiệp.
