"I booked this hotel because of its location and thinking it would be luxury as a treat for my 13 year old daughter who was attending a dance course nearby. It wasn’t luxury and I would say it was similar standard to Premier Inn, in some ways premier inn is better., definitely the bed because this bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and at night there was so much noise from the corridor and the gym I couldn’t get any sleep. The only advantage is the gym and pool, except there are so many restrictions for kids in the pool we were only able to use it once!! The pool itself was freezing, the changing rooms are cold, slippy and badly organised and the shampoo/body wash supplies were either empty or didn’t work. The restaurant had nothing on the menu I could have with a milk allergy and even though I had asked for alternative milk in the room this wasn’t supplied. The Starbucks on site is brilliant though."
