Great fun for the whole family”
The hotel is great. The staff is nice, smiley and helpful, especially Keg who is friendly and provided great customer service. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The massage by the beach was relaxing. The kids club had good activities for the kids (our daughter enjoyed movie night and the pirates party) and the team was very friendly and entertaining. The aqua gym for parents was good. And the most amazing thing was the waterpark, free unlimited access to all guests, it had a baby splash area, a toddler area and big rides for older kids and adults. We booked a villa which was huge, very nicely decorated with great amenities and a swimming pool. Villa guests get access to the Club Lounge which provides great value for money (soup for lunch, afternoon tea, evening cocktails/beer/wine along with a small buffet, and all day refreshments). We will definitely be back.

Fantastic staff and very convenient location ”
There are hardly any guests in any hotel in Phuket due to COVID but the staff here are doing an amazing job serving the guests. The main lobby is closed and the hotel is operated at a scale down level with temporary reception set up near the main restaurant. Accommodation is limited to one building and the water park is only open on the weekends as there is hardly anyone visiting due to Covid. For breakfast there is a small buffet and hot meals are made to order due to the low occupancy. The small number of staff on the property do a great job running the place. Boyd at the front desk was fantastic. I checked in quite late and he quickly helped with check-in and provided a room that is much closer than the one I booked. I locked myself out of the room at checkout time by accident. I called Boyd the manager at the front desk and he came straight away and helped me with access to the room and as I was late for my flight he also took care of the checkout process without any hassle for me. Amazing place, best I have ever experienced in terms of service”
WOW, really have to say WOW about this Resort. My whole family including me were very happy to stay in this place. They have upgraded us from De Luxe to Family room with 2 bunk beds and balcony at no charge. All services were excellent. If we had any questions or didn't understand something, staff was able to provide instructions or send someone right away to fix the issue. Place do need little bit of upkeep in terms of maintenance in certain parts of resort, but overall rating I would give highest of all places I have ever visited. Also would like to mention, if you do not wish to eat in their restaurant, which by the way have the most amazing breakfast buffet I have ever seen, not far - about 3 minutes walking distance from exit gate next to restaurant there is many local restaurants with very tasty food and great prices.

Excellent hotel would definitely return ”
We had a wonderful stay here, we stayed in a 2 bedroom residence and a 1 bedroom residence as we came back to the hotel after a disaster with a 4 star hotel in Karon ( Beach Heights) both rooms are wonderful. We asked specifically for a bathtub and the staff took great care of us. The whole resort is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely. The kids aged 2 and 4 had a great time at the waterpark and the hotel pool and kids club. Special thanks to Kate and Are and a gentleman on night shift for going out their way to help us. We did not want to come back! My tip would be to hire a car. You see so much more of Phuket. Visit Festival shopping centre and Jungceylon. We spent 2 full days there.

Wonderful Fun Stay in Phuket”
This was the best hotel we stayed at in Phuket! Firstly, we were upgraded to a suite room which was huge and lovely. And we didnt even have to request it. Beautiful new room 9/10. The Splash Jungle Water Park is located within the resort and we got to use it for free! Had so much fun on the rides and slides. Breakfast the next day at Splash Cafe was amazing as well esp the Bacon. But it was super crowded so that was a minus. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and wish we had booked another night. Well done Splash team!

Resort stay at it's best! Kids absolutely loved it.”
Great resort and best value for money. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Good, well equipped facilities and very courteous staff. Splash theme park is a great addition and kids absolutely loved it. Two things that my kids said "best holiday ever" and "when can we go back" Buffet at the Splash kitchen was incredible. Infinity pool at beach club and the flight spotting at the beach was a visual delight. Locals outside the resort are also very kind and helpful.

Value the money”
The resort is huge and spacious. Very close to the airport though there is still a 15 mins drive. Good points: 1) very friendly staff 2) buggy service around the resort 3) clean and tidy room 4) breakfast is very good 5) the beach is nice and you can see planes taking off and landing which is amazing 6) Unexpectedly limited number of restaurants in the resort given its huge size but there are a number of cozy restaurants near the resort serving yummy yet cheap food. Areas for improvement: 1) buggy service is quite random. Even if you call one, it never appeared but you have to catch one nearby by luck 2) the kids club can be cleaner 3) The splash jungle ticket is not included. It would be good to mention in the booking to avoid misunderstanding. daily rate: 14xxbatt per adult per day. 3500 batt per family[5 ppl max] per stay for hotel guests. Kids below 4 are free. It is good for families which expect to stay in the resort for most of their time. Too far to go out.

Very Nice Hotel and Water Park”
We found the hotel very nice. Before travelling , i saw some bad reviews of water park and hotel. But believe me, even during rush of songkran, the staffs were very nice. the restaurant and room service are cheap too. the water part only open 3-4 days a week so reconfirm that before booking room incase u plan to visit water park too. there is gulf cart available 24 hours that will drop u and pick u from beach or room or pool. its super fun... best is STAFFS POSITIVE ATTITIDE that you will hardly find in areas such as patong etc in Phuket. ...... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

My family including 3 young grandchildren stayed at Splash Jungle Beach Resort”
We stayed on 2 occasions during our recent holiday to Thailand. the resort was clean, spacious and well facilitated with gym, spa and childrens activities plus the attached swim park with a range of great slides and pools to suit all the family from toddlers to adults. all the family had a great time at the swim park. As the resort is so large buggys run around the resort regularly so you are not forced to work from one location to another within the resort and to the beach which is located at the end of the resort. There is a large restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering the option of buffet meal ( if adults elect buffet meal, there are discounts for childrens meals) or menu meals. If you want other meal options there are some great restaurants ( I highly recommend Red Mango) just outside the resort which is a short walk from the resort lobby. Although the resort is next to the airport, it is quite a distance by road. Aeroplanes do fly over the resort.

Splash Beach Resort is not only gorgeous, but has a wonderful water park for the kids! You will love the service, the longest beach on Phuket, the restaurant, and the two infinity swimming pools. If you are looking for a business meeting location, Splash Beach Resort also is the home of the largest Conference Center on the island, along with enough rooms to accommodate even large companies.

Worth the price”
The resort is very close to the airport and is huge in size. Good points: 1) very friendly staff 2) move around the resort easily by buggies 3) very clean hotel 4) sufficient facilities - spa, water park, beach events, kids club etc 5) lots of delicious restaurants outside the resort 6) yummy breakie Areas for improvement: 1) The buggies run at quite irregular time which made waiting time quite long 2) More signs showing directions should be placed around the resort 3) Number of restaurants are quite limited with such a big resort *note that the room rate does not include the water park entrance fee. $3500 batt is needed for unlimited entry per stay [max 5 ppl] or 1480 batt per entry for adults

Great stay for families with kids”
The resort is just a short ride from the airport, saving lots of travelling time. The water theme park, beach and kids club are good enough to keep the kids occupied. If u don’t wish to dine in the resort every meal, a short walking street offers local cuisines at reasonable prices. Definitely a good choice for your beach get away.

Very nice hotel”
Was a bit concerned as it is right next to the airport. However, did not hear any aircraft noise at all from the hotel room. In fact, watching the aircraft land from the beach is quite spectacular. We had a two bedroom apartment which was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices. The water park was a great hit with the kids. Will definitely be back.

The most is the staff attitude and service rendered. Always nice, natural helpers and positive which made our staying the best within the 4 hotels we stayed at in Phuket and Phi Phi islands. Only thing is the ladies at the Splash park booth entrance (on our first day 01 Sep 2019 around 3pm) who were talking without noticing our waiting for service, then me and my wife pretended to enter the park (only 2 steps and crossing their "talk") when a sudden: -room number was yelled from inside the left booth. There’s a huge fantasy water park in the hotel which is suit for kids, the staffs were very nice and welcome. The hotel is very close to the airport so you can see the airplane landing from the beach. Good view.
