Nice apartment for a affordable price”
It is a nice apartment with a kitchen set and a fridge. Good for family. Because of the location in a quite secluded area it is vey peaceful. Facilities wise very good they got sauna gym and swimming pool but it's quite hard to contact the reception for things and help because u have to go downstairs by yourself.

ACCESS CARD TO ELEVATOR NOT FUNCTIONAL”
I can say the experience here is very good. A big house, very new place. Big room. Good sight seeing. The most disappoint is the management does not look very professional. No receipt provided. Access card to elevator is not functional, every time go in need a help from security to open the door of elevator. Overall is good.

Poor of the cleaness”
We were 3 persons who stay here.. we booked a place which has 3 rooms. And 1 of the room has a Broken air conditioner.. we were complaining since afternoon but no one repair n fix it. After we come again in the night we try still not fixed n we try to complain again. N they fix it til in the middle of the night. It was so annoying til we reject them to fix n ask them to go out. Bcs we are already tired n need to wait them to fix AC.. also the kitchenette is so dirty.. so many cockroaches... ewwww.. til we didnt use the facility.. we asked to change the room in the afternoon but they said all r full.. idk if the condo has a full time at that time.. so it was bad experiences

Toilet has a little bit smell, aircond in living room was leaking, parking is quite far, it’s hard to walk up the stairs by carrying things n pool cannot swimming. But overall n our bed was okay, quite place.

New property but illy maintained”
Except that price was ok, the place is not ready for guest. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, with spiders. The hallway floor was not finished, so it's not even sage to walk. No trash can in bathroom. The floor and sink were dirty. I almost decided to leave after checked in. It says it's closed to Klia1 and Klia2, but it took us at least 25 min to get there from Klia2. There is no restaurant or convenient store nearby. Please avoid if you can.

The location, view, spacious surrounding and nice room interior design would have stood out and our stay would be perfect if they could have taken care of the cleanliness more and get rid of the cockroaches.

The condo look run down and furnishing is old dated design. Cleanliness is acceptable.

The room feel dusty. The door lock a bit hard to lock and feel loosen sometime. The car park limited on indoor rooftop car park. And there is risk of car get lock if park at residence parking.
