Booked solely due to location for a hospital visit. WiFi was poor / non existent. Food available across the way in Toby carvery, (breakfast was ok but no juice / cereals offered)

Positives - excellent position to get to Liverpool, trains every 20 mins. Friendly, helpful staff. Good bed, very clean. Negatives - slightly tired bathroom. Doors rattled as people went through reception through the fire doors fire doors. Would use this hotel again.

Arrived and met by staff who were very friendly and booked me into my room. Was quiet upsetting as the WiFi was not working and had to use my phone’s memory to make an hour long. Teams call Contacted the hotel staff re this and it wasn’t fixed for the duration of my stay. Also other residents were up and about until the early hours till gone 3am not good
