Near to town, comfortable, price”
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. And the location was superb. Around 5 minutes drive to Ipoh town. Highly recommended

The host was nice and warm :) thank you for your cooperation during my way here. As for the the place is quiet and i liked being here. All basic facility is included - Iron, towel, hot & cold water, hair dryer even washing machine. The park is near by so that you can have your morning walk or jogging (if you wake up early in the morning). Highly recommended for those looking for a simple place for overnight. Perhaps you can paste the "Kiblat" direction so easy for muslim guest to perform their prayer in future. I will come back. To the host thank you again.

Good homestay but poor location”
Small room but comfortable with good a/c and en suite. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out was straightforward but contact in advance if you are going to be very early or late arriving. Neighbourhood gives a bad impression and there is a lot of security on the entrance to the building making the area feel a bit unsafe. It is quite a long way to any part of the main town but Ipoh isn't much if a place to visit anyway. Just take a Grab to any of the sights dotted around out of town. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless you have to stay in Ipoh and there's nowhere else in your price range.

I was given room No 2 and the dressing table was full of dust and I ended up cleaned it by myself. One of the drawers is missing. Not a good impression even if you assume the guests won't use it. The was a pipe leaking in the toilet and it smelt since the toilet tiles covered with water and it won't dry out. The beds was springbed with you can really feel the spring when I lie on it and my body ached the next morning. So not recommended if you're elderly traveler or you can easily ache.

Clean and nice place ”
This place was very quiet and nice. We stayed there cause we hoped to spend our evenings on the riverfront. Don't expect too much about the riverfront : it looks very creepy cause it is not well maintained... Hopefully this hotel was affordable and nice, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. If you want a clean room a bit out of the city and if you are ok to walk or to take a Grab, this place is for you !

The person in charge is nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and consider clean. The downside is toilet very heavy cockroach smell and I saw 1 cockroach running around in toilet and lastly go into the bottom of the toilet bowl.

Honest operator”
This place is basic - if you are looking for a basic/ cheap place to stay yet safe and clean. The beds have seen better days - you feel the springs. The towels are thin and worn out, no bottled water given but coffee mix sachets are given with a common area available with hot water dispenser, hair drier and an iron for pressing your clothes . They dont accept credit cards but an e-wallet will do. The bathroom water pressure is excellent and the place is clean. The part that I give 10 out of 10 is for the operator Mr Jason - a Chinese guy who is friendly and a super honest person. I carelessly left a plastic container at the so called lobby on my way out at 7am that contained among other things a RM50 note and my credit cards pouch. When Jason turned up for work, he found the items and went thru my pouch to identify the owner and send me a WA message with a photo asking if these are my items. Luckily I was still in Ipoh and collected my items. I am pleasantly surprised to find all my things in tact including the RM50. He's my man - humanity with integrity, honesty, sincere. Thank God we have such people around. May he be blessed with good health, happiness and more godly deeds.
