5 star quality for 3 star prices ”
I'm unsure if how to start. Recently I have moved to Thailand for work and landed in Phuket after an 11 hour flight, tired and jet lagged would be an understatement. This was going to be my 5 day sandbox location, which I am greatful for. The taxi went down some odd looking back road which made me just to conclusions and assume the place was less than the pictures suggested, I couldn't be more wrong. As soon as the driver pulled up at the front of STAY, I was in awe. The build, the layout, the staff, all inviting and accommodating. Every aspect of STAY was top tier and exquisite, from the astethics of the complex to the sound of the calming water fountain at then entrance. The staff were fantastic, making your stay relaxing. There is honestly so little I could take away from it besides the location being somewhat unusual but you would never guess once you step foot into the complex. The room was incredible and had all the amenities and more for any traveller or family looking for an escape. The pools are beautiful boasting an infinity pool within the complex. The restaurant was reasonable and delicious and the breakfast was no short of the same. The gym is state of the art and has 3 floors with all equipment and classes for everyone's needs. I intended on staying for 5 days and extended to 12. I just could resist the place. I could recommend this place on enough and will without a doubt be back. I hope this review helps those looking to attend and I hope you enjoy your stay. Pun intended.

Best hotel even for Muslim family!”
I stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with private pool and it was the best decision ever. Every one in my family was feeling very comfortable with the room, bed, and facilities. The area is close to Rawai and you can get a lot of food ( halal) outside just 5 mins away by car or bike. Although it is not a beach front hotel, the vibe that it has is so calming and serene. You forget about the beach once you step into this hotel. They are very helpful and fast. If you are renting a car, you can park your car in front of your villa at its own dedicated spot which is very convenient. Everything is just spectacular. Will come again!

Luxury hostel vibe”
Stay is a beautiful tropical wellness resort with a gym, group classes, yoga, 3 pools, awesome Onsen and damn good restaurant. The breakfast is an absolute bargain and delicious. The staff are superb, in particular, Judy at reception! This is a gorgeous tropical resort with comfortable rooms and amenities but it's very easy to make friends so it feels more like an upscale hostel. Highly recommended.

The hotel and its staff were amazing!!! We had an incredible time.Freddy and his mangement team are fine tuning this newest hotel. The staff at this resort were fantastic. They catered to any need you had and were always willing to help. It makes the experience staying in the hotel apart from other hotels. The location is excellent- away from the noisy night life. The rooms are beautiful with the comfiest beds in the world. Excellent thai food at reasonable prices, bakery and cakes are made by excellent french chef! Finally The gym is one of the best! I wanted to STAY much longer”
Amazing resort with fantastic amenities. Staff was very attentive and it seemed as someone was keeping up with the property 24/7. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen based on any standard and the same could be said of the SPA. Food was excellent. It’s about a 20 minute ride to Nai Harn beach which is simply breathtaking. My only complaint would be it is fairly remote but during COVID I would say the remoteness isn’t such a bad thing. Suksarn is a restaurant within 6 minutes walking that has really good Thai food for 50 baht a plate. There’s also local laundry service close by as well as a ton of coffee shops. I plan on returning with my family in the future.

Very relaxing stay! ”
This was a very last minute booking over the NY and only stayed 3 nights but wish I could have stayed longer. It’s a very new hotel, very well designed with 4 pools and lots of beds around each. My room had access to one of the pools from my terrace, which was great for an early morning or late night dip. The room was lovely, well furnished and exceptionally clean and bright. The restaurants were very good, although being NYE they were a bit rushed off their feet one night. There is a huge gym, which sadly I didn’t have a chance to use, with free yoga classes twice a day. Only drawback if you’re a beach person, the nearest beach is a 15 min trip on the shuttle bus, or 30 mins to another beach. I did it once and really enjoyed my walk on the beach and eating local food at the many restaurants along the front. The staff at STAY were lovely, SO friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return one day if I get the chance.

Beyond expectations, really very good overall, very nice and quality staff”
The check in was already very good and friendly. Including a refreshment. Judy is responsible for the frontdesk. She is a nice, friendly person. An example for excellent customer service. But also Tong and Pai from the restaurant are very friendly. To all the staff, thank you. The room was big, clean, very nice design with neutral colours. Also here the staff was friendly. The gym is astonishing big and well equiped, never saw this before. The restaurant, beautiful, they used nice materials for the design. And the food, very tasty against good price. Every dish was nice too see and good quality. The swimming pool, also very nice located, big and clean with enough sunbeds. You can choose out of 3 swimming pools next to each other. This is a place where you feel welcome and treated as a guest. For me a place where I want to come back.

Restful and Delicious”
Arrival-greeted by happy, friendly staff, a magnificent open, reception area, comfortable, reclining seating, immediately relaxing. Escorted to room in cart. Our room was corner pool view which we loved as for night-lit effect and by the day water fountain was soothing We loved sitting or lying on lounge on the large balcony. Utterly relaxing early morning and 3pm sun. Restaurant and deli. In-house French baker, meant fresh pastries from 6:30am to take back to your room. Or opt for big breakfast either indoor or outdoor restaurant. We swam in the 4 pools, each with jacuzzi jets. Allows flexibility in quiet areas where a few children otherwise play or babies. It feels more adult-focussed however, with pool bar and eatery allowing for dining in swim suits. Can't get any more relaxed, except at the beach. Do take the shuttle as parking is limited at beach. Fab soft sand and calm water. Restaurants and shops. Allow time heading to airport in peak times but still only took us 1:hr 15mins.

Best holiday Ever”
It was the best decision to book Stay! It was quiet and the view was amazing! We didn’t even go out that much because everything was there at the resort! The gym is amazing and 24 hours! The restaurant is awesome and the food served is delicious! We ate there half the time. Breakfast spread was good too! The room was spacious with a mini living room. I like that it’s energy saving too! Best holiday ever!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Intallations: excellent design, beautiful native plants all around, very clean, spacious, and confortable rooms. The salt water pools are an excellent touch after a long day at the beach. The the gym and yoga estudio are grorgeous. I took one of the best yoga classes ever. The best part is that the hotel is eviromentally consicous. Staff: my favorite part! They are super friendly, problem solvers, and very professional. Everyone have a genuine smile and are diligent. Food: top notch restaurant with a breakfast you will bever forget! I will definetly recommend this to others. Stunning pools and resort facilities.”
The one bedroom unit we stayed is comfortable size. The room has living space , small kitchen area , dining table and garden patio. The bedroom has a slice door to separate from the living area but there is 1 TV in the room so we never closed the door. The least like is the bathroom. It is very compact even it has all everything, shower room , vanity and toilet. Personally I think it is too small. The most like for me is the pools. There are 4 beautiful pools in the middle of the resort. I love it. There is a big fitness but no time to use. Fresco Restaurant is excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful.

amazing hidaway in busy Phuket”
Great place, very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast for Thailand's standard. The staff could be trained a bit more - they recently opened. All are friendly and i still miss (at least at reception) a bit more senior person. Overall an incredible stay. I hope they can remove plastic bottles and provide refilling alu or cooper bottles. Especially with the gym and in-room, it produces so much plastic waste. All guests would accept a central filling point and use healthy (cooper bottle). you can also take to beach or gym. In one week i for sure used 30 bottles...

Fabulous resort hotel”
Loved this place. It’s brand new and has friendly and helpful staff offering a genuinely warm welcome. The hotel has its own superb restaurant offering top quality Italian and European food at good prices with a really lovely ambiance. It’s an excellent venue for a romantic evening meal whether you are staying at the hotel or not ( this is how I discovered the place actually) - the rooms are well appointed and beds super comfy. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which was perfect. There are four delightful swimming pools with cascade features, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cool, relaxing atmosphere. The gym (which I did not try) is huge by the au - three story’s high and packed full of the latest equipment. Only small drawback for this hotel is it’s not a beach location - in fact it is actually in a bit of a backwater and a rental car or motorbike would be advised.

Hotel is spectacular. Has three floors of gym, pools along the rooms and great F&B. It was an easy drive from the hotel to the seaside and town. Staff was friendly and helpful. And there are programs to fill the day. I would highly recommend it.
