We have stayed at stay with Nimman a few times now and we are very happy with this hotel! The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Rooms super Clean and beds quite comfortable. The gym really isn’t a gym if you like to work out seriously. I think it has 3 machines. The location can’t be beat. It is within 5 mins walk to Nimman one and maya shoppong center. There are wonderful coffee shops all around. Our favorites are Graph and craft and hung. Why not Italian restaurant is a great eating place along with our favorite Japanese Tengoku all just minutes walk away.

The bigger rooms are much better”
Originally we stayed in the smaller room and found it to be cramped, but still very clean and nice. Then we upgraded to their executive room and its well worth the extra cost. Techincally its not much bigg, but it feels twice as large. Has a tub. Has a balcony. Has much more space to walk around and put your luggage and things. Cold AC, plenty of hot water, mini fridge, sunny balcony, bath tub, shower, desk, strong wifi, with two rooftop pools. The staff are quick and professional and the location is perfect for Nimman wandering..

Good room. Nice small pool on top floor of each building. Good parking. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood and close to Maya shopping mall. Umbrellas for guests. Good WiFi Good bed with 4 pillows Outlets on both sides of bed Not too much space for clothes. Breakfast 199 THB if not included in your room deal. Nice selection of hot dishes, bread, vegetables and fruit and all the normal things you would expect. Plenty of staff to take care of the customers.

This is the best location in the city! Rooms are small but they’re comfortable with super nice beds and nice facilities. I really liked the convenience of everything around me within walking distance. 2 great coffee shops across the street, Graph and Roastniyom. Tons of eating options too. Staff were super helpful and friendly, room had a small fridge too. Overall, definitely will recommend to visiting family and friends and even locals during a staycation!

Have a wonderful 2 night stay here. The room is spacious and come with day bed. The mattress is firm and nice, have a wonderful sleep for the 2 night stay here! Every thing perfect but for me the bed was rather on the hard side, so if you like a hard bed just book it. If you require a more soft bed I would advise on looking elsewhere. Locations perfect and room was lovely for the price.

Located along Niman road with plenty of cafes and food stalls. A 7-11 is about 3 mins walk away. Super accessible if you are visiting one Niman mall and Maya mall. Also the hotel is just beside the main road and a visit to the Wat Chedi Luang temple is 10 mins car ride away. Rooms are clean and modern and overall would highly recommend.

Great location . Very friendly and helpful staff . Buffet breakfast was excellent. Aqua rooftop bar by the pool was a bonus with happy hour cocktails I Would stay again if in Chiang Mai.Thanks again to the hotel executive from their Singapore office who kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of wine with our dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Pictures match the experience”
Most of the hotels I stayed at in Thailand did not match the photos on Agoda. This was not the case with Say with Nimman. The facilities were incredible. Close to anything you could need in Chiang Mai. I'll definitely be staying with them again in the future.
