Great Accommodation”

The house was great, comfortable and modern, had all the amenities. Only a short drive from the town centre and the hosts were so hospitable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good”

Very good communication from the hosts, we felt welcomed, there was an offer of help if there is any need. Good value for money. You will not run short of towels. Not far from the sites we wanted to see.
I did not foresee the steep stairs as we were with my parents who are both not very good with their feet, this came as a challenge, but the walkin shower was handy for them.

Really suited our needs whilst giving a full authentic view of the area .”

The property really suited our needs and will probably use again as pet friendly. My only really disappointment was the attention to cleanliness which could have been better but overall enjoyed our stay .
The overall attention to cleanliness, cobwebs in the lounge , the shower tray had areas of mould . Some simple areas which if cleaned would make sure a difference.

Closeness to uni accomodation of our son.
A few things broken...lock fell off bathroom door immediately. Some dirt in the corners and kitchen. A lot of cheap furniture including a mug where bottom fell out when we poured in hot water to make coffee. Stairs steep. You cant advertise parking when it is a free for all on the street.

Very clean and tidy, shops within walking distance and supermarket nearby by car. The house is well presented and has Netflix and WiFi included in the property, which is a nice touch. The bedding and towels are lovely.
No toilet roll/basic toiletries - not a deal-breaker but it would've been a nice touch. Tried to contact the proprietors regarding an issue with the thermostat but didn't receive a reply about my issue. Beds and sofa, especially the sofa, not comfortable.

It was close to the hospital we needed to attend
Nothing stylish or luxurious about this property. Had to contact the person to get in as code given did not work. Then again to get heating on as it had been switched off at main socket. Not to mention that the property was in a poor condition. Cheap and unclean bedding, dirty walls, cracked bathroom floor tiles. The downstairs window near dining room table was LOCKED OPEN and anyone could have come in during the night. Then, there was the drug dealer next door and the rat I saw running when I opened the back door for some air. would not recommend this property to anyone as I have booked many over the years and this one was a nightmare.

WiFi was good. heating was ok as well once we had been. told where to switch it on. only thing was it was manual and not automatic
front entrance needs tidying up. not a good impression when entering the house. back yard also needs tidying. a few blinds broken. including bathroom and no lock on bathroom door. we couldn’t get the tv to work. car parking rubbish first come first served. I could go on
