Not worth the cheap price ”
Although this hotel is close to the beach and is cheap, the road leading up to the hotel was undrivable, the restaurant was shut, and the pools were dirty and old. The room was ok, although nobody came and cleaned or changed the towels or even spoke to us for the 2 nights we stayed there. There are other hotels around the area that would definitely be better to stay in.

Hi Thank you for taking your time to write this review in for us and the hotel industri so difficult time. You were it was a extraordinary cheap price, normally we have more for the room and with top ratings. May I correct you. The pools were open and clean we have them cleaned every day and have high ratings We delivered food up to your room without extra charge. We have had our8 staff on site incl oursel esme and my wife so there should plenty oppurtunity to say hello to one of us. We respect privacy and will not Interfere without you want to. Clean is done every 3rd day and towels changed when you want to, every day if needed. I dud see you drive the motorbike upand quite friendly, I think you were driving very dangerously without helmet, very aggressive, but decided that it had to be your own responsibility for your reckless driving. So I don't understand your problem with the road.??. One thing you have right is that there is other good hotels around as our hotel I hope you g

Very great place. Bungalow in the nature. Amazing view on the ocean and jungle. Beach is less than 10 mn walk. The staff is amazing competent and available. There’s a restaurant in the resort with good price. I highly recommend that place .

Bungalow experience ”
Exhausting, nothing on website prepares you for the hike to and from the beach. Mountain goat road full of holes, even four by four trucks struggled and there was no lighting. The torch provided didn't work and nothing was done about it when we told them, luckily had our own. Really felt the price paid for a supposedly 4 star bungalow was far too high. Cheaper bungalows situated on the beach far superior. will visit Island again but definitely won't be staying at the suan sawan again. Also the so called reception was hardly ever manned so whenever we went to request/get anything done no one was there. On day we requested room be cleaned only bin emptied and bed remade, no clean towels or actual cleaning done. Stig seemed nice on few occasions we saw him which was mainly when he was in car and we were struggling down the road to beach so sorry if this seems harsh but the truth should be told.

It was not the place we expected it to be”
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Koh Phangan for anytime soon. It was very far away from the town area, nestled in the jungle, with not much of anything to do. There were no restaurants, shopping area or shops. The roads were horrible and can only be reached by 4WD. If anyone wants to visit Koh Phangan for the full moon party, this is not the place to stay.

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Hormis le chemin non goudronné qui descend vers la plage (10 minutes de remontée) et un accès internet intermittent dans le bungalow, on ne peut que vanter les qualités de ce séjour: équipe très sympa,anglophone, disponible, bon petit déjeuner, bungalow familial spacieux (pas d'eau chaude)vue sur la baie, la plage à proximité est l'une des plus belles de l'île...

une belle vue sur la mer au calme !”
Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits dans un bungalow. Le cadre est magnifique, de la terrasse du bungalow nous avions un très belle vue sur la mer. l'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs, il faut donc compter 5 minutes de marche pour aller à la plage. Le chemin qui mène à la mer est un peu sinueux, en raison notamment des fortes pluie qui l'abime régulièrement. Sting et son équipe sont très sympathiques et serviables. Nous avons diner sur place une nuit et la nourriture était simple et bonne. Un rapport qualité / prix très appréciable dans ce coin. L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart des animations de la plage de Thong Nai Pan Noi et par conséquent, des moyens de transports pour se déplacer sur l'île. Seul bémol, des gros geckos vivaient dans le toit du bungalow. Ces animaux qui mangent des moustiques et petites souris, chassent la nuit et font beaucoup de bruit sur le toit en taule du bungalow. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, nous vous conseillons de choisir une chambre dans la maison.

Dschungelhotel ”
Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg dem man nur mit einem 4x4 Fahrzeug erreichen kann. Alles unbefestigte Straßen. Zu Fuß durch den Dschungel ca. 10 Minuten. Bei Ankunft war der Bungalow sehr dreckig und voller Insekten usw. Wir haben uns beschwert und haben die Nacht in einem andern Zimmer km Haupthaus übernachtet. Am nächsten Tag haben würde mit dem Chef darüber gesprochen und die Mädels haben den Bungalow auf Vordermann gebracht. Leider hatten die Moskitonetze überall Löcher. Im Bad gab es leider kein Spiegel über dem Waschbecken, daher war rasieren dort nicht möglich. Auch die angegebene Größe von 60qm Wohnfläche stimmt nicht, ist einiges weniger. Nach den anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war es dann doch noch ein schöner Aufenthalt auf Koh Phangan.

Здорово валяться на кровати и сверху смотреть через открытые панорамные окна на зелень, полоску океана, слушать шум волн. Можно так протупить весь день в полном релаксе. Тем более, что вода, чайник, кофе и чай есть в номере. Если вы любители видов, однозначно берите бунгало с видом на океан.

Красивый вид, вкусные завтраки, интересные бунгало по оформлению. Очень дружелюбный управляющий и персонал. Но, нужно учитывать, что часть дороги к отелю песочная и в крутую горку.
