One of the better hotels in JB, Suasana Suites apartment was big and spacious. Provided Netflix and HBO on their TV as well as local channels. Toilet has a walk in wardrobe and it was clean. No bathtub in my apartment. Room was clean. Aircon was good. Kitchen had conduction hob, kettle, microwave and a dining table too. Didn’t cook anything so couldn’t say much about the smell. Overall, I had a good stay. Location was good. Opposite KOMTAR and has a grabcar pickup/drop off point so going to other malls was a breeze. There is even a 7-11 just beside the main entrance. Nearby coffee shops included HaiDiLao, ToastBox, Padi Kopitiam. Super convenient. Highly recommended.

Great stay in JB”
Staying in Susanna Suite JB was a decision that my family and I never regretted. The stay was really awesome in every sense. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful too. The room was always clean as the chambermaids will immediately make the room once we are out, even when we forgot to put out the signage. So efficient. The spacious room was good for any family with young children. We enjoyed swimming in the pool too, catered for both the young and old. The hotel is within walking distance to Komtar, City Square and even Pasar Karat. A great place to enjoy shopping and eating too!

The best 3-star hotel apartment that I've ever check in. ”
Pros: Super duper clean, hygiene. Staff also polite, nice and helpful. Safety environment. Fast personal room wifi. Cons: Guest already request for late check out at 1pm. But the access card cannot in after 12pm. Be careful when shower, if you put out second removable shower pipe, place a shower carefully because yesterday the removable shower hit my head when bath. It's dangerous due to heavy metal. Bedroom's aircond are so cold, remote control not function at all for room aircond, and outside living room's aircond is on but hot. No smart tv but got radio station on tv.

New favourite staycay in JB”
We were so impressed with the 1BR apartment (king). It was spacious and clean! Although, you will have to pay for early check in and late check out despite if there are rooms available at that point of time. Anyways, the room itself was great and comfortable that we extend 1 more night of stay the very next morning! Rooftop swimming pool, gym and cafe. Just behind city square mall which is super convenient! We will be back again!

Stayed for just one night. Last minute booking. But all went well. Smooth check in and check out. It feel like home. There is kettle, electric stove, fridge, basic utensils. Simple cooking is fine. Just opp JBCC mall and City Square mall. Easy to GRAB around. 7-11 is just beneath the hotel. Toast box also beneath the hotel opens till late. Few bars below but doesnt affect ur sleep at all. At the side of the building there is a food stalls selling local food and burgers. All in all it is a very convenient hotel. Love it. Price was reasonable for a weekday though. Oh there is also a self help laundry at level 33A. Just need to prepare coins worth RM10 (wash n dry) and detergent. There is a separate pool for kids n adults. But pool water was pretty chill. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Exceptional”
The check-in was at 3pm but we only got the room at 3.30pm. Not complaining because they did a proper service recovery! They told us to wait at the cafe with free welcome drinks while they prepared the room. Also, they gave up late check out till 1pm. The room is extremely clean and well-managed. The colours of the suite made me feel at home. It is well equipped with fridge, microwave, utensils, ironing board, on top of all the necessities in the usual hotel. Would definitely return!!!!

Hotel is new and clean, with a very strategic location. Directly opp Komtar JBCC. Convenient for those who don't drive when in JB as it is very near to the custom checkpoint. Bed is very comfortable and the room is quite spacious. Not sure if its just our room but there was no hot water at night despite turning on the switch. Hot water was available the next morning though. Stayed for one night only as we plan a weekend gateway, will definitely stay longer next time!

It was huge and perfect for groups! Best apartment style hotel I stayed so far in JB. Loved it! It was clean and the view was just lovely as the suites are all located at the higher floors. Clean, comfortable and spacious ”
This is our 2nd time coming back to Sausana Suites Hotel. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Toilet comes with basic amenities ie toothbrush, toothpaste, hair shampoo and body shampoo. It will be much better if slippers can be placed in the room so that there is no need to call reception to ask for it. But I must say that the floor is very clean and slippers are not critical.

The suites was very awesome , clean and spacious ! Breakfast rm20 was reasonable . The view was very nice at the top floor , with the pool and gym . Also at the restaurant the staff so greatly having us to dine in Ala Carte even when he so busy to set up the CLD was @rm150 only. we were so happy to stay here.

I would return again and again! - check in was very smooth and the receptionist explained everything briefly. - parking is chargeable at RM10 per day which is very reasonable. Safe too! -suite was clean and well maintained. -location is marvelous if you are going public, else driving to the suite is a killer. Massive jam! -Food is good too.

Location was fantastic”
Location of the hotel is conveniently close to Komtar JBCC and City Square as well as to the CIQ. Lots of eating places to choose from and we managed to also visit the Pasar Karat and enjoyed the night market there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the view from the swimming pool overlooking the city area was breathtaking.

I’ve book 2 bedroom apartment and it was super clean! Super spacious! My kids love it. The only set back was, the baby cot was not functional but we have the king size bed so the kids bunk in with us.. breakfast was ok, u need to choose 1 set meal per paying adult, drinks, salad, bread are free flow.. overall it was a good stay..

Felt like at home. The rooms are big and and very clean. Very spacious for 6 people to stay comfortably. I really enjoyed this hotel and personally think this is the best hotel that I have stayed in JB area. Below the hotel are shops, malls and walking distance to CIQ. A great place to stay

Komtar & City Square Mall is just across the road! Toast Box at connecting building Zenith (in between Suasana & Amari) opens till 3am - good for hunger fix. Also a 7-11 convenience store at same building. A couple of eatery options available at Zenith too with 10% discount if show hotel's access pass. Hallway upon reaching apartment levels is warm - not sure why no air conditioning. Breakfast at hotel is average. Carpark at MYR10 for entire stay duration. They will exchange your parking ticket for a multiple entry carpark pass (to be returned and exchanged for your entry ticket which will be validated by the hotel for exit)

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed for the amount I’ve paid. Suite was huge, clean, cozy and it has all of the kitchen utensils including microwave. There is a 7-11 located right below the hotel (even though it dosent have tons of selection it’s still sufficient) overall it was a really good experience staying there.

Unhappy when check in room. 1. Check in machine is not function. Thus, a lot of people queue for manual check in. When is my turn, staff told me that in front of me got another lady is queueing. But i saw lady come from Amari Hotel (beside Suasana Suite). 2. 4pm done check in but room still not ready. We wait at lobby 1 hour for room. But the whole unit is very nice and comfortable.

stay in this hotel as it is very near to the CIQ Custom Checkpoint. It is walking distance from Komtar JBCC mall and City Square mall. The room are new and generally clean . Will consider this hotel again if i going there to stay over to JB for a holiday. Counter Staff are generally friendly.
