Great hotel walking distance to the beach. Staff was very friendly and the customer service was excellent. The cleaners and front reception staff were all amazing. Trang at the front desk did a fantastic job! Really enjoyed my stay here and ended up extending my stay for multiple days.

Smokey Lobby and elevator”
Expressed my concerns to reception about smokers inside hotel. They could not do anything as it was the hotel owner and friends puffing away. Wifi very spotty and air conditioners not working properly in the front rooms 5th floor (our rooms). Staff were all very nice. Breakfast could be improved by simply adding a toaster.

My worst experience with hotel”
I was staying for only 1 night but the experience was so bad that made me to write this review At fisrt, I booked a deluxe double room, which I saw a bathtub in the room description But when I checked in, there was no bathtub, and the receptionist told me that the description was a wrond and I need to pay extra money to upgrade to the Premier room. I did not want to bargain so I agreed However, when I used the bathtub, there was no hot or warm water. I called the receptionist and he told me that the water heat system used solar energy and Danang was groomy that day so there was no way to fix this. However, when I checked out, I reported once again the problem with the new receptionist, she said to me that “you should have used the electric water heater”. I was really disappointed and I told her what I was told the previous day and then she said “there was no solar water heater”. “But I was told so by a male receptionist yesterday, you just can’t make that up” - I replied Then she just said “sorry” and collected my money for upgrading the room. I mean, there is no point to use bathtub when the water is not what you want, and the hotel at least should deducted the money I paid to upgrade the room. One last thing, there was a heavy rain the night I stayed. In the morning, the water leaked into my room and the whole floor got wet due to the broken window behind the curtain, which I did not notice. (My room was the Premier room) In conclusion: - The hotel cannot manage their staff communication, the staff clearly dont know what to communicate, they even lie to the customers. - The facility was bad, everything seems to be old and not being well-maintained - There is no protection for customers. My experience was bad but they collected my money for upgrading the room anyway

Dirty Hotel”
The entrance into the Hotel was grim and the ceiling to floor windows were filthy at the point of entrance. I was due to stay 2 nights but left after one night. The breakfast is all Asian stuff so l not touch that. The room had kettle but no coffee or cups
