"Fourth time visit to Bangkok and definitely no regrets and disappointments about the service and rooms offered in Grand Swiss Sukhumvit 11 Hotel. To our surprise, we were upgraded to their Grand Executive Suite on the top floor. Somewhat nicer than the premier rooms we booked (Thanks for your arrangement). Rooms was spotless and the beds were super comfy, good TV, good breakfast, fast WIFI in rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. It is a very busy street at night with loads of character,It's about 3-5 mins walk from the BTS NANA to the hotel. Transportation are very easy to access. They took care of our needs with great attention to detail and discretion, the service is well beyond expectation. But overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Grand Swiss Sukhumvit 11 Hotel "

"The hotel is new and I got the deluxe room which is spacey and a huge bed. I am talk about really huge bed here, i believe this is the largest bed i ever seen in a hotel. The room is clean and modern nothing to complain here. Everything works and clean with very helpful staffs. The location of the hotel is a little far away from Nana BTS station which takes about 10 minutes walk to get to. Anyway it was a good opportunity to exercise by walking around. 7-11 is about 30 meters away and surrounding are full of restaurants of all sort. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast since some review here saying it's just a simple breakfast. Therefore i opt for breakfast around sukhumvit area which has plenty of choices. Overall stay was excellent and will return again if decided to stay around sukhumvit area. "

"as a business traveler going back and forth to bangkok all the time, i have been staying in various hotels in sukhumvit and especially after staying many times at grand president, i have come to the conclusion that this place is ticking all the boxes that is needed for leisure and business. it has a perfect location; the staff is always on hand to help out. rooms and in particular the suits are very nice and function able. there is also a small but nice gym, and the outdoor pool has a good size, and its suitable for kids as well. "The Radisson Suites Hotel, in the Soi 13 Sukhumvit is direct located at Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit. I book about AGODA an extension night – because at my Hotel "Residence Bangkok" I cannot book a special fare. But with the help of the reception specially named Arisa, Bow and Bee we found a solution and I can use my (old) room one night longer. So I can only give advise to read my command for the Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel, because Location, Personal, Pool and Service work together, I am sorry about rooms in Radisson Suites I cannot say anything. "Been to Bangkok many times for pleasure and usually stay in Sukhumvit. Our gold standard hotel is The Sukhothai but we prefer Sukhumvit location near the BTS / MRTA. We also like the Sheraton Grand as the pool is lovely, buffet really good and location excellent. The Movenpick is stylish & is our new favorite pool plus location is really good, so we'd go back. PROS: -Staff extremely friendly and helpful. -Free tuk-tuk service to and from hotel to Terminal 21 (which is right at Asok BTS & Sukhumvit MTRA) -Central Sukhumvit location. -Extremely quiet, stylish and updated. -5 star amenities (24hr room service / free gym / free Wifi / pool & roof bar / restaurant). -Rooms are nice/clean w/ wood floors and bathrooms updated & well designed. -The pool is fab. CONS: -Not the best buffet in the world but perfectly adequate and plentiful. Could have better pastry & fruits (pastries are rather soggy ... no mango?) -Mattress fine but on the hard side."

"Decent place, nice sized room, and okay value for money. Toilet is rather tiny, and most of the stuff in the room in terms of amenities is chargeable. The soap is so tiny that its a joke and they may as well not keep it. Even the condom packet kept is chargeable. Make sure you have ur toiletries in hand so you dont have to use the stuff in the room. After check in your suitcase can take ages to come to your room, mine took well over an hour, and I had to call to get it. The hotel is guest friendly and there are no additional charges for a joiner. Location is a little off the main road, and if you are going to do a fair bit of up and down then its inconvenient compared to Salil or Grand President or President Palace. Still your in Soi 11, and this is the best possible area to stay in on Sukhumvit for a solo guy. There was a 1000 THB deposit, refunded in full to me, and also they went out of their way with good sound advise to get to the airport. I asked them to hire a car for me, but got great advise that since it is only me, and i only have 2 bags I should just take a regular metered taxi. Cost me just 300THB plus toll 90THB to airport, compared to 800THB min I have paid earlier. 10 on 10 for the hotel staff on honesty and going out of the way to ensure the customer's best interests are safe-guarded. Will I stay here again, definitely yes, unless I get a better deal from the others closer to Sukhumvit Main Road."

"i found this hotel after thorough searching on agoda's website and cross checked with reviews on other websites too. yes, i'm that anal a traveller with a penchant for getting good deals and "discovering" gems. and that's what davis hotel is. for the money, you can hardly find a hotel property that can match the completeness right down to the small details that separate full fletched hotel with the trimmings from the wannabes (eg.. visuals, lightings, aesthetics in every space, corridors, the air temperature, no mildew odours etc, the very way staff have been selected and trained to make you feel like a welcome guest, need i go on?). i'm not saying that the davis is the best i've been to in bkk. but for the price i paid, nothing comes close! the location is good too... sukhumvit soi 24, although be warned that the distance out to sukhumvit road (phromphong bts / emporium) is not quite a 5 to 10 minute walk. instead, take advantage of the hotel tuktuk on the way out, and coming back, for the more adventurous individual, go for the motorcycle taxis found right at the sukhumvit road and soi 24 junction. it just costs 20 baht and a 3 minute ride, a real part of the bkk experience if you ask me."

"for the price this must be the best room in sukhumvit. the hotel itself is a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of sukhumvit 11 - which is itself a great place to explore. soi 11 must be my favourite street in bangkok great bars like cheap charlies and the volkswagen cocktail bars parked up along the street, restaurants like rosabieng and the one a little further down in a traditional wooden thai building, clubs further down like bed superclub and the nest - rooftop bar in the felix hotel...theres also the liveliest club in the area every night in the basement of the ambassador - climax - a short stumble to the elevator that takes you to your room at the end of the night. the view we had of the sukhumvit area from our room around nana and ploenchit was amazing! the hotel has a decent pool and strangely - an aviary with loads of exotic birds! we had no problems with the staff we encountered although slightly bemused by the baht deposit you have to stump up up front to cover mini bar tab etc....all in all a great place to stay with just about everything you might need right on your doorstep and a short stroll from the sky train...."

"The location is the best part of this hotel. It is 5-7mins walk from Phrom Phong BTS. Its is very close to Dinosaur park which is place of attraction for kids. Sukhumvit is a huge area which has different lanes. Check-inn regency park is in Sukhumvit 22. We saw many Indians staying in this hotel which gave us a comfort. Its very close to a very nice Punjabi restaurant. Hotel is very safe. Easily accessible, clean and has very helpful staff. Special thanks to Nancy and Vijay(he is an Indian Staff at reception who comes for night shift)They both guided us very well about the nearby attractions, markets, internal transfers. They arranged for taxi's whenever we needed. Also thanks to Cartoon, Oil and other staff, for their courteous and helpful behavior. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have a bathtub but doesnot have a proper shower area which most of Indian's might not be comfortable with. All rooms are with safety lockers. Make sure you keep your valuables in it. We loved the hotel..Pool is on 6th floor open to sky. You can oversee giant wheel from the pool area which makes it look more attractive. Overall very good experience. Value for money.. "
