Great budget hotel ”
It’s located in the middle to everywhere e.g. wat phumin, national museum or local markets in a walking distance. Staffs are nice and friendly. The room has basics like cable tv and fridge. 7-11 is just in the opposite.

Cozy hotel in Nan”
The room and the bathroom inside is quite small. The walls are very thin so I can even hear the sound from outside or the next door. The staff is very warm welcome even I arrived late.

additional review.... no shampoo no toothbrush but they changed the towel evryday as you wish..... we chose not to have our rooms clean.... for some reasons due to experience in other hotels... (other reviews ive read like missing some of their things after cleaning their rooms (#NOT THIS HOTEL "OTHER HOTELS") hhmm what else.... food... no free breakfast you need to buy outside, fridge.... empty... only 2 water bottle... they have some drinks on the lobby about 15 and 20baht... coffee is free drink any time as many as you want.... they dont have any other food to offer.. walking distancr from 7 eleven then from the hotel there is a five star chicken (permanently closed) but if you walk on the right side along five star chicken go straight in the evening you can find night market and nice place to eat... not that nice but its okey....

This is a good location. Not far from night food market ,7-11 just around the corner. You can walk to famous travelling spot such as, wat phumin, Nan national museum, Walking street market. Staff also nice. You can rent moterbike here.

This is my 5th visit to nan city and Sukkasem Hotel besides value for money; extra value added to your stays: the hotel staff excellent service to provide you efficient room service and tour transport arrangement. Location is right at the city centre, easy access to food street, shopping and places of attractions.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location”
Nan was a very nice stay. The Sukkasem Hotel is right in the middle of town and either walking or biking you are near many intersting sites and also lots of great food. The staff at the hotel felt like great friends from the minute we checked in. Helpful, concerned about our stay, everyone from desk stay to housekeepers, left a real impression. Car park behind the hotel if you are driving, also was very nice.

Budget stay in Nan”
I been there for 3 days 2 nights and I was stay at Sukkasem hotel for the whole trip. Totally the hotel is good, not too far from the main attraction area of Nan you can just walk about 400 meter to the main attraction area. At the hotel have the bicycle for rent 50 thb/day and motorcycle 250 thb/day and sure I rent the motorbike and drove around in the city and another national park around. There is no breakfast for you but they have a drink for you whole day by self service. The room is very clean but I was annoy about the mosquitoes in my room when I was stay there. I give 8/10 for this hotel and recommended who ever will going to travel in Nan if you want to stay here you should book the room before you go there because its always full on the holiday.

fantastic location near city radius, reasonably priced hotel with big spacious and clean rooms. charges below average of nan city 3-star hotel even at the peak season. hotel staff extremely efficient and helpful. within radius to all shops and market, bicycle rental shop. except hotel without wardrobe. I'll recommend to my friends and check in to this hotel my next visit.

First impression at Nan with nice people in Sukasem Hotel. They are so pleasure to me and helpful and they made the reason to come again. About the location is very convenient for everyone to go and enjoy the town, it's quite near signature place such as Wat Phumin,Market and Museum. You can hire the bicycle or motorbike from the hotel to visit there.

Sukkasem Hotel- basic & clean”
The comments from former customers were accurate...the beds are a bit hard and even the pillows were too firm for me. (I wrapped a towel around one of the square decorative pillows and used it to lay my head on.) The newly remodeled small bathroom was well done with its tile walls & floor. The water new wall water heater worked (in some of these hotels they do not) The new AC was so quiet that at first it was not working. New flat screen TV with various channels to choose from (clear quality from the satellite TV is not always a guarantee),small frige to stock your items from 7-11 (which is located 1 block away). Clean towels and linens everyday. Live the teak wood floors. The receptionist tries to be helpful but English is limited ( a big problem in this tourist town). I chose to rent a bike 50baht for the day to ride around a see the temples. Never found the famous Noble teak wood mansion- listed on Trip Adviser and travel books but the locals do not seem to know where it is located. On the second day I wish I had a private driver that spoke English but I did not have the energy/ patience to ask There is no center in this small spread out city so finding a water-hole with music was not near my section of the city. Nice people in Nan....nice to see them take pride in their community and keep it clean.

A small but well decorated hotel”
I spent two nights at this hotel with my friends. Over all, the room is quite good; clean and neat. Too bad, there's no break fast but that's not the problem. If you want to stay in Nan for a night, I truly recommend you to stay here. Oh, one more thing, the staff is not that talkative and if you have lots or electrical equipment, I suggest you to bring you own extension because they have none for you to borrow.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with daily cleaning and surrounding by lots of food stalls at night. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Love it and will surely come back when visiting Nan again.

Good Value hotel in a nice city”
Hotel is great in location and price However the bathroom is not so big. the shower and toilet is not separated, so it's wet all over. the room also not blocking the outside noise well. so you could hear people talking on a corridor or even other room, hear the sound of closing door or dropping thing. etc nearby has a famous restaurnt which is very good both in price and taste. there's 7-11 around. and it 5 mins walk to wat phu min.

Great location, high price tag”
The teak interior of the hotel is kind of nice and the location is great – there`s basically no transportation necessary to get around the major sights in Nan. However, as my room was facing the street it was basically impossible to fall asleep. The bathroom was a bit too basic - even for for a “2-Star” hotel. All in all I wouldn´t stay at Sukkasem again for that price - finally Nan is not Chiang Mai or Bangkok...
