Reasonable accommodation on the best beach of the island”
I visited Sukorn Andaman Beach Resort on April 12, 2019 which turned out to be only me there. So, I had been upgraded from a Superior Bungalow with Fan to a Deluxe one which got a panoramic seaview and is right on the beach. Although the beach is not white and bright but good enough and pristine. Most of the beaches on Sukorn Island are rugged with rocks but there is no rock under the water here. So, you can enjoyable swim here. The resort's restaurant offers fresh seafood caught by locals, local dishes and some international menu. At the main pier, there are many motorcycle pick-up services which deliver you to the resort and charge only 40 baht per person. At the resort, there are motorcycles and bicycles for rent.

Excellent resort to escape from the world!”
Koh Sukorn is a beautiful little island for those of us looking to take a break from our busy lives for a few days, and I can't imagine a better place to stay there than this resort. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and will help you arrange anything you need so that you don't need to worry about it, whether that is renting a motorcycle or bikes to tour the island or even arranging your transport (at a very reasonable price) to your next destination. They always greeted us with a smile and were very professional but alsoo warm and friendly. We were very happy with our bungalow, even happier when we found we had been upgraded to an A/C unit free of charge. It wasn't high luxury by any means, but it was clean and comfortable, and just 50 meters from the beach, so what more could you want? The resort does have free wifi, and we were able to access it from our room. The beach itself is one of the loveliest strips we found on the island, good for strolling and has some fantastic sunsets. The water was a bit murky due to a nearby estuary, but it was still perfectly lovely for swimming in and admiring the beautiful scenery. For those who are more ambitious you can rent kayaks for free from the resort to do a water tour of the island. If there was any downside to this resort I would simply say that it is not very close to anything, so unless you opt to rent alternative transport, you will probably stay here for all your meals... and of course these are a bit overpriced and not very authentic in terms of flavor. That's not to say the food is bad, but there are definitely better meals to be had in Thailand! But the free breakfast you get in the morning is very good & very generous. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, so much so that we extended an additional 2 days!

peaceful bliss”
My wife had a scooter accident and had 7 stitches and multiple cuts on her face. Sam, the manager of Sukorn Andaman Beach Resort, organized a tuk tuk with 2 staff to get Kim on the other side of the island and take her to the clinic. They also stayed with us to help translate. They also took us in a tuk tuk for the next 3 visits. The lady who stayed with us also brought the damaged scooter back. Sam also moved us to an A/C room for 400 baht/night. We were also able to extend our stay until Kim got her stitches out. Sam and his staff were very kind and we are grateful!

Lovely people quiet place”
We enjoyed a lot our stay at Andaman Beach Resort. The owner and his staff always were worried about us and the peaceful of the beach made me remembered my childhood. Highly recommended!!! The food was every time excellent and we saw amazing sunsets over there.

Lovely relaxing few days on an almost empty beach”
We spent a lovely few days at this resort on the island of Sukorn. Staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending local events and allowing us to use their kayaks free of charge. The beach was very quiet and well kept, perfect for relaxing on! Room was very basic: The bed was quite hard so didn't sleep too well, and shower was cold, but room was cleaned daily and towels/shampoo provided. Plenty of hammocks and deck chairs on beach for day time. Wifi was available in restaurant but not in rooms.

Great place to disconnect and relax”
Spend 4 days and 3 nights in the Resort with my wife, the place is great and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxed stay go to Koh Sukorn, if you are looking for party and bars you better go somewhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time there. I recommend this before it gets crowded with tourists. Food quality can be much more better, besides that it was a great experience.

Great, relaxed family-run place. Don't visit Ko Sukorn if you're after luxury or picture postcard beaches, the island has neither. However, it completely charmed us - friendly, extremely laid back, with plenty of natural beauty (cycle round the island!). The rooms at Andaman looked like something out of the 1960s but were clean and all have sea views (and occasional lizards). The food is pretty OK and the owner very friendly and helpful. Bring a good book, enjoy doing nothing and watch one of the best sunset views in Trang from the restaurant.

Sam the owner met us personally at the pier on arrival. Room was good value nearly on the beach. Food ok, we ate at the restaurant most nights. Hired mountain bikes to explore island. Locals and tourists all very friendly. Visit before it changes, BBC were doing a documentary there about food and how locals live. Might change tourist numbers in future.

The rooms are good, a little old, and the bathroom need repairs. There were just one restaurant on the island, very good. There are not to much things to do in Koh Sukhorn, besides rest in the hotel or go to the islands nearby, that are very expensive. The sand on the beach are gray and the water not clear. The staff are very polite especially the owner that arranged everything for us. From the hotel you have beautiful views from Koh Pehtra, Koh Libong and Lao Liang, and the beach are not to long.
