Overall, the stay was good. Suits the budget. All basic amenities complete and working well. The staf was super friendly especially, the receptionist Syah/Shah. He is great young guy, working hard. Bright future ahead for him. Keep it up.

The location is easy to find and quite strategic for a first timer like us. We did not expect more due to last minute booking but somehow the room is super comfy. The most important is toilet. Glad that it is very clean and white. Plus, that reception guy was so helpful and friendly! Kudos to him!

Room and toilet are clean. The room has both ceiling fan and separate unit aircond. The toilet a bit cramped. No boiler but the hotel provides hot and cold water dispenser at the hallway. Iron and ironboard also provided at the hallway. Friendly staff.

Since I travelled with my family, the room has a nice space for us. Cleanliness is tip top. I love the concept. Walking distance to food places, bus terminal and Mydin hypermarket. Elevator is available. A good point since the elderly won't be able to go up an down the stairs a lot. Overall, I have a good experience staying here.

Were given room 307 initially but after staying 30mins the room still not cold. Aircond is not working. Went down the male malay staff change to a different room bigger room as all the other rooms are sold out. Thank you for the replacement.

good choice for a short stay”
Its a great choice for those who plan for a short stay while visiting Ipoh. A room a bit small, but other facilities are quite good. Near to a mall (Mydin) and also near to the attractive place Bulatan Aman Jaya. those who have small kids, can bring their kids to this place and enjoy the night view with several activities provided.

The room not very spacious but quite comfortable for me and my baby. As the hotel is newly built, the environment is very clean including the bathroom. Other good facilities is have lift, iron, water dispenser, near to restaurant and easy parking.

It was a sunny day when during my drive home from Kangar Perlis on Sunday 27 March 2022. However, once I reached Ipoh whether suddenly turn bad with heavy rain, high wind and 5 hours delay on the PLUS highway prompting me to halt my journey. Check in was a breeze. Just need to pay RM30 deposit in cash and RM70 for room rate can be paid using credit/debit card. The reception girl then handed me a receipt, room key, a non-woven bag containing 2 towels and TV remote control (all items need to be returned upon check out to get a refund) Upon reaching my room on third floor (took a lift to get to this floor) I can say the room is clean, TV, furniture in proper order and there's a Joven water heater for a nice warm shower. Air conditioning unit were cold and temperature can be adjusted using wall attached remote control. Check out was also a breeze. RM30 deposit were returned upon handing over all items. Overall it was a pleasant experience for me staying at Sun Inns Ipoh .
