Reasonable but top quality Hotel”
Hotel is a true resort that has class! Not tacky! Staff are great as are Vietnamese people. Ask for an Ocean View room. Breakfast was nice and varied. We are vegetarian but had no issues. Our room was beautiful looking over the ocean. We could hear the waves all the time. But please note that beach is not accessible to swim in. Hotel provides free shuttle to and back to Ho Ann city. So will save you some money. But if you had to taxi, it only costs 125,000vnd which is about $5. The shopping is city is mostly made to measure including shoes and suits. Absolutely worth it depending on strengh of your dollar. Great stay.

We loved our stay here! The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Beautifully done bathroom and balcony with views of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was a quick taxi ride into old town. The food and drinks were great and the pool was beautiful. We would highly recommend the Sunrise Premium Resort.

Absolutely comfortable and great resort over all”
The Sunrise Premium Resort is located at the peninsula Cua Dai and therefore in a calm surrounding. The hotel itself has a premium design and the pools are absolutely fantastic with an open view to the sea. The service and staff is great, friendly and always willing to help. If you are looking for a hotel with western standards the Sunrise Premium Resort is one you can go to.

The resort was in a great location, with frequent shuttles buses provided for transportation into Hoi An Old Town. Staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The facilities including the Spa and the gym were well resourced and the food was lovely. The room was well set out, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Friendly staff validated our choice”
We chose to stay at Sunrise Premium Resort due to a combination of family recommendation, price, and proximity to Hoi An old town and other tourist attractions. However, we felt our choice was especially validated by our pleasant dealings with the staff, who were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Special mention to Ngoc & Tuyen who looked after us in the Spice Garden Restaurant (where the food was excellent, whether for breakfast or dinner). Shuttle services to Hoi An old town and to Da Nang airport were much appreciated. The Tuong Tailor shopfront was wonderful too, with personable & professional assistance provided by Thi, Mina, Lyn & Thao. Would thoroughly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunrise. The staff was most assuredly kind and accommodating and you couldn't wish for a more beautiful facility not to mention the delicious food. If ever in Hoi An, you do not wish the opportunity to enjoy a slice of paradise!

Pros: Staff are amazing and go over the top to make everything a great experience for us! Very kind and friendly. Esp Trung and Luong (sp?). English is excellent and efforts to chat with us were wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable bed (bedding is so soft!) Clean resort, beautiful grounds, delicious food (Vietnamese & Western breakfast, lots of variety to suit all needs). Other dishes and viarety excellent too. Quiet, respectful environment. Safe for sure. Easy to get to town via cab (about 120K dong) or free shuttle which comes and goes through day. Cons: food and drinks a little bit pricey for the area. Not walking distance to town but we had a scooter so didn't bother us. Beach right in front isn't swimable if that's your thing but just to left is easy access to beautiful private beach and we don't care to swim so the resort beach is perfect for our needs. Shuttle books up quickly (maybe resort could offer a second one if that happens?! but again, cab is easy too)

Great hotel with excellent facilities”
Our family of four stayed at Sunrise Premium Resort after finishing a tour of Vietnam. We wanted somewhere nice to stay for the last leg of our holiday and Sunrise didn't disappoint! My husband and I took advantage of the daily morning yoga/tai chi classes and our two teenage boys went kayaking at the beach in front of the hotel. We also used the complimentary bicycles to explore the surrounding area and the free hotel shuttle allowed us to travel into Hoi An old town also. The facilities were excellent, staff very friendly, there were many options available for breakfast and we all had a relaxing stay. Overall it was a great way to finish our holiday!

We absolutely loved our stay at the sunrise premium. The staff is extremely friendly, and the resort has great facilities!! We were there in January and the weather didn’t really allow us to get into the pool or go to the beach, but we loved the whole ambiance at the resort. It’s about 20 mins cab ride from Hoi An old town, but the hotel makes it SO easy to go to and from the town by offering frequent shuttles for free. All in all, we were super happy with the resort, and would definitely recommend it if your looking to come to Hoi An and enjoy the serenity and relaxation of a resort.
