This is a great place. Conveniently located in about a 2-minute walk from the beach. Nearby a lot of restaurants. 3 minute walk off the opposite end from the newly renovated shopping mall Central Marina. Nice pool but is a little bit small. But there are some shortfalls. Room service for meals only available from 7 a.m to approximately 2 or 3 p.m. As of matter of face I soon figured it out that the hotel staff only have cooks that prepare breakfast in the mornings. After that, anyone ordering room service food, the go outside to one of the neighboring restaurants next door to get what you order and bring it to your room. While the gym is nice the work station equipment could use a little bit of "tender loving care" with some tune-up/ check-up maintenance. Other than that, I think this is a great place conveniently located in a popular spot.

Sunshine vista hotel was excellent, will definitely stay there again, As for agoda, we booked a hotel in Phuket, our flight landed at 11pm so I put on the booking we would be arriving between 1 and 2 am the hotel was the baan chay lay hotel karron beach, we duly arrived to be told that check in was 2pm and we should come back then as they did not have a room! we had no help finding another room and you try speaking to agoda! impossible!

Excellent choice for a cheaper price in a fantastic location”
As always the staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly and always willing to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and good air con and tv's. The pool is a nice place to relax. The gym is quite old and small but otherwise I would recommend this hotel for a clean and comfy stay on a budget. Again the staff were all fantastic and made it a great stay.

a quick walk to the beach, mall, shops and restaurants. on the opposite end of the beach from the walking streets, so nice and quiet. a quick 10 baht bus ride will take you the the other end in no time. Nice room top pool and pretty good buffet breakfast during covid quarantine. A/C worked well and the room was nice.

Sunshine Vista is located close enough to the beach and soi 6 to take part in the festivities, or take a short walk to Big C, or terminal 21 for shopping. The gym could use and upgrade and some air conditioning, but overall great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
