I am Chandra Segaran and would like to write about my recent experience in Sunway Lagoon Hotel (previously known as Sunway Clio Hotel). I checked in to the Hotel on 3-12-2022 with my family for my convocation ceremony on the next day. At the outset,I must say that we were received on arrival with the warmest hospitality by the front office manager, Ms Karen Lee and the rest of the front office staff. The room which was provided for us was indeed excellent, spacious and very comfortable. We had our breakfast the next day at 6.00am at the West Cafe. We were pleasantly surprised to note a wide variety of food items. The food was without doubt really good. What excited me even more was upon my return from my convocation to the hotel. I was congratulated by all the front office staff who were present at that time including Ms Karen Lee. The biggest surprise was when I walked into my room - I was extremely delighted to see a bottle of wine and a box of cake placed neatly in my room as a congratulatory gift for my convocation. I am extremely thankful to the wonderful hospitality shown by the hotel management, especially Ms Karen Lee and her team. My family and I wish to sincerely thank the Hotel management, Ms Karen Lee and all the front office staff for the warmest hospilitality granted to us during our stay in Sunway Lagoon Hotel. Syabas

great hotel with great choice of food”
there are many things I like about this hotel. firstly was the wide choice of food. I'm Chinese, but the Arab food choice, though little, but it was fantastic. Chinese food, not so much.. western can be improved. 2nd, we had a missing tap beside the toilet bowl. called the front desk and within 10mins there was a repairman to fix it. this is great! 3rd, the bed is exceptional. I wish I could bring it home. 4th, mini fridge isn't cold, but it doesn't matter. 5th, it is beside the lagoon and we had the high floor. the view was beautiful. 6th, I actually planned a surprise for my son, so I wrote in a request for a cake. unfortunately the front desk didn't get my message. but it's fine, the fat child doesn't need more cake. he's already happy to travel. 7th, check in and out was a breeze. 8th, I hope for more TV channels as it was the rainy season of December and we didn't get to go out as much. so the TV was our best friend for the week. 9th, thank you so much for the overhead shower. we all love it! toilet is exceptionally clean. 10th, I'm definitely going to come back some day!

One the best hotels ever”
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I feel like i should gatekeep this hotel so it will not be crowded. Location: super convenient being 3 minutes away from Sunway mall via a connecting bridge. Starbucks at the hotel lobby, and some travel buses from Singapore stops right in front of the hotel. Rooms: THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in any hotels. It can put 5 star hotels to shame. I had the best night’s sleep in a long while staying here. I will go back just to sleep in the bed. Plus every is clean and well maintained. Staff: amazing staff who are so friendly and helpful. They have the most friendly staff at their restaurant greeting you every morning, which makes me so happy. Your hotel is lucky to have a concierge like Mr Fikry. He was so kind, friendly and helpful to my family until the time we boarded the bus back. I can’t wait to be back at Clio!

Great location ”
We hv stayed in Sunway resort, Sunway Pyramid and decided to stay at Clio this time. It was clean as the hotel is new. There was shortage of manpower so housekeeping was slower. The buffet breakfast spread was good & cafeteria very comfortable. Hotel is very near to the shopping mall - but inconvenient to keep going thro Padini. It’s faster going by the hotel entrance to reach pyramid hotel and then to the shopping malls. However, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly at Clio! Thank you staff at Clio.

Superb hotel with good location”
This hotel is connected to sunway pyramid. For young parents and wanted to bring my kid to The Parenthood, this is an excellent choice of place to stay. We are just few walks away from The Parenthood! The breakfast spread is delicious and have many varieties to choose from. The surrounding is very clean and have pleasant smell. The staffs are very helpful and full of smiles, ready to help us whenever needed. The room is also quite spacious. I really like to stay here and would recommend others as well.

Exceptional”
Clio Hotel is one of my favourite hotels . Indeed, I travel to KL. will consider this prestige hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious are 5/5. Facilities are all new, and in good working condition . Dining in Hotel Café is favourite experience, foods are freshly prepared and nicely arranged. Carpark lighting is good, and no dark area /corner noted. All front desk staffs are very friendly , and willing to serve and help you. I have no hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to my friends and business partners.

Convenient hotel to Sunway Lagoon Park and the mall”
The hotel room is great, very nice bed to rest in the night. Everything is awesome except that you will have to pay for car park even as guest. However the staff upgraded one of my rooms to make-up for it when I wanted an adjoining room. The buffet breakfast spread is pretty good. The nasi lemak and the chicken rendang is to die-for! It is convenient, link by the bridge to the mall with lots of shopping and food. The Sunway Lagoon Park is within walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I come.

This hotel is a great option if you are visiting Sunway lagoon. Its just walking distance. Close proximity to Sunway pyramid too with a connecting bridge to go. Hotel facilities was perfect, room was large, clean and smell nice. Breakfast was perfect. Enjoyed the various choices

Clean and Good Location!”
Hotel is located right beside Sunway Pyramid mall and Sunway Lagoon. There is a link bridge that connects to it so no worries on getting drench under the rain. The link bridge will lead you to Padini. Hotel is pretty new and clean. Response from hotel staffs are fast too. Gym - 2 treadmills and some free weights (Max 10 KG dumbbells). Overall, it is a good hotel to stay at.

Karen is very friendly and helpful. Knowing that I’m going to Gordon Ramsay for dinner, she immediately offer to arrange van sending us there. Hotel is linked to Sunway Pyramid. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast with lots of varieties. Very good service from all of the staff.

Superb Hotel”
Smooth check in check out. Tip top clean room. Fast service and friendly staffs. Call for maintenance also very fast service. Link to Sunway Pyramid Mall. Everything is there. Breakfast was splendid. Can have your breakfast for hours non stop. Varieties of food. Malay, Chinese, Western, Indian and Arabic food. Carpark also clean and secured. We pay RM45 for the entire 4 days stay. In out super easy. Definitely will come back. Thank you.😍

Great Hotel flor Family Vacay”
This is my 1st time experience to be here. I love the hotel got link to Sunway Pyramid, easy for us to go shopping and eat. We also can walk to Sunway Lagoon, its quite near. Swimming Pool got best view and suitable for kids. Delicious breakfast buffet. My kid request to repeat the trip again.

Check-in and check-out were efficient, room big and clean, breakfast selection was plenty options (for us) and tasty too and all staff are just marvelous polite and friendly. 5 Star, Stay made extra special!”
Room & Cleanliness 5/5 Room was spacious enough and king bed was huge and comfortable. Toilet is clean too. Bed smells nice and everything was clean. We even got an upgrade to highest floor with very nice Sunway park view also just in front of the elevators so no need to walk far, though the upgrade wasn't free but it's okay. Get room 2601! ;) Staff 5/5 Staffs were very kind and accommodating from the reception to the managers. We requested water few times and they are quick to respond. Thank you for the great stay Sunway Clio! we had an amazing time. The Manager Fazraf and Mikhail made it more special by sending cake for special occasion and giving us extended hour of stay as a treat! We'll definitely come back and book this hotel again. I'll recommend them to my friends too.
