Supar Royal Beach hotel is nice, but needs renovation”
Hotel staff is great and location is good. But hotel needs renovation badly. There are missing now bedlights that used to be, shower connected to bathtub should be chenged etc. The hotel is worth of money in many ways, but after some work is done, it would be so much more

nice hotel, practically directly on the beach, albeit not the best beach i have seen… quite remote, so if you like peace and quietness, this is your place. rooms are large and staff friendly and helpful

Big and comfortable rooms”
Encountered some problems during checking as I was told that my rooms comes without breakfast although it is indicated that it comes with breakfast. The staff was not able to speak well in English and it took a couple of arguments before they agreed to include breakfast. Water heater for shower was not functioning well too. However, they made it up by giving more then 50% off on breakfast for the additional 8 pax that I have as well as for the faulty water heater. We left the hotel feeling quite satisfied in the end.

the hotel features not bad but the furnis are old. the painting of hotel and furniture also old. but the swimming pool is good and viewing of pool side also good. near the sea side, evening have a good view and romantic. the restaurant seafood also great, spice and hot and the price also gong dao.

When we arrived we had to wait 5 minutes before the reception employees finished there obviously private conversation and was willing to talk to us. They didn't know nothing about a reservation and asked immediately for paying cash (very unfriendly), after we gave the voucher we got at last the room. We had to bring our own luggage up nobody accompanied us.
