I booked two hotels with this place being my backup since my first choice cancelled through Agoda but still allowed me to book again. Pretty fishy. Anyway this hotel ended up where I stayed mostly. Very nice staff. Large facility and great breakfast. My gf tells me it's a better location. Not to busy outside and close to everything.

Great hotel with full facilities and very good buffet breakfast spread”
We loved the spacious room, bathtub, daily buffet breakfast as well as the full facilities (indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, spa pool etc) offered by the hotel. Location is not within Old Quarter but accessible within a 10-15 min cab ride Walking distance to other points of interest such as B52 museum, HCM masoluem, etc Not to mention fantastic service levels by hotel staff Overall we really enjoyed our value for money stay at Super Candle and would highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi

The hotel is located near the Lotte-Centre and thus in the city centre. The immediate surroundings do not necessarily invite you to go for a walk, but the hotel is apparently more attuned to business travelers and more attractive districts can be reached quickly by taxi. The equipment and cleanliness are generally good, but practically every bathroom has one or the other defect (jammed or leaking taps, defective drains etc.) The breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, well equipped, quiet room for a good rest. Lovely gym and small pool with jacuzzi. Was a little warm and changing facilities could do with updating but a minor point. Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of choice including freshly made to order dishes from around the world. 3rd time I've stayed here and definitely will if I return to Hanoi again. Great price really for the luxury you get, maybe a quarter what you'd pay for the same in the UK
