The quad room with private onsen and half board is BOMB”

Absolutely no regrets choosing this place. Room was amazingly spacious, the private onsen was big enough for 4, staff were so polite and helpful! Free drinking water was provided, and the dinner and breakfast provided were so exquisite. Each of my group of 3 had different dietary restrictions, and the hotel catered to each of us perfectly. It is about a 40 min bus ride from Hakone-Yumoto station, and you get down at the Hakone Tozan busstop which is in front of a Lawson. Just next to the Lawson is this place - take the first left small road in, it takes you on via the carpark. Coming in by the main entrance with big luggage is tough as that road is quite steep. Perfect location for a quiet stay in the mountain, but need to travel a little for other food and attractions, but it's worth it due to the value for the price you get. 200% recommend!

This place is the best!”

Really loved staying at this hotel. We stayed two nights in a room with private onsen and food all included. The food was amazing and gave incredible variety of the food Japan has to offer. The japanese style room with private onsen felt high end, spacious and relaxing. There is a bud stop just outside the hotel that gives easy access to the main Hakone sights too.

Best deal ever! ”

This place was a lucky find. I can't believe we chanced upon such an awesome deal! The room is big and cosy! It was really clean. The private onsen was amazing and had an awesome view. Made full use of it! Once in the morning and once before dinner! You definitely have to get the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was amazing! Their own speciality sauces are great! Free flow of drinks! All kinds of drinks! The staff there were really friendly. My husband is very new to Japanese culture, he wanted to know everything and they were happy to answer all his questions. Even to the point of introducing us to an alcohol shop to get nice sake. Being a tourist spot, alot of things were in English, which was very helpful! Staff spoke English as well. Location wise, I think it's great. We were near the ropeway and sightseeing boat area at Lake Ashi. There's a busstop with 2 busses that come by. 1 goes to the premium outlet at Hakone and the other bus goes to the main interchange (Odawara). Pretty convinient! There's a family mart super right next to the hotel. This hotel is perfect to relax and enjoy the onsen and sights around.
