best hotel experience in a long time!”
we really love this hotel, that we are thinking about coming back in April. it truly is value for the money you pay. I am always skeptical about all-inclusive hotels because it is extremely hard to cook great food for so many customers, but these guys do a fantastic job, I cannot complain about the food, it is great, so many options and all. furthermore, if you have young children, you will love the Kid's club, our children loved it, we could leave them there, they will entertain them, and feed them, while my wife and i would relax in a bench on the beach, my kids were occupied and happy, we were relaxing very happy as well. it is true that all entertainment is in Russian, but hey if you can overlook that you will have a fantastic experience. and did I mention that the beach was fantastic already??

They made couple of bad mistakes, like having Repair personal coming into our room without our permission and were there while we were their, had to ask them to leave as it was very inconvenient, especially taking up to 3 hours. The food is much catered to Russian tourists but it was still fresh and good. Staff are very nice and friendly. Spoke minimal English. Also gave me a room I did not book and I noticed it was smaller and they made it seem like they upgraded me instead of admitting to the mistake, which I did not appreciate. Overall it was a nice facility, would have liked it more if I didn’t have those two bad inconvenience. For that mistake, I asked if we can have a late checkout and she said No and would cost me, which was very disappointing. But the staff was very nice.

いつでも食べれるが、食事の質が低く、極めて不味い。部屋はきれいで広く、バルコニーもついているので便利。プールも何か所もあって広くて快適。プライベートビーチは狭く非常に窮屈。ビーチそのものは遠浅で子供も安心して遊べるが、訳の分かんない奇妙な公式のライフガードが一日中警告音を鳴らしたり、笛を吹いているのでうるさくてゆっくりできなかった。ビーチでゆっくりするために繁華街から離れたこのホテルを選んだが失敗。 You can eat anytime, but the quality of the meal is low and very unpleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a balcony so it is convenient. There are pools and some places, and it is large and comfortable. The private beach is narrow and very cramped. The beach itself is shallow and children can play with peace of mind, but the strange official lifeguards beeping all day long and blowing a whistle made it so loud that we were unable to relax. I chose this hotel away from downtown to relax on the beach but failed.

Swandor Cam Ranh is an amazing place..... right from the location, rooms, service - overall hospitality...is amazing!! Food was excellent , buffet spread was very good and the preparations were just perfect. Rooms are well appointed, spacious. AC was supercool . The best part I liked about my stay in Swandor Cam Ranh was the service quality which differentiates it from the other luxury hotels in the same segment. Mr Cengiz Karaagac (GM) is an excellent leader who is running this place beautifully. He personally visited the restaurant during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours and took personal feedback from the guests- epitome of customer service I would say. Housekeeping, Front Office , Restaurant staff - all of them had smiles on their faces all the time and were very courteous. Service levels are good and the waiting times for the in-room service are low. The Guest Relations team is doing a great job! I would definitely recommend this place to any travellers!

We enjoyed a 6-night stay at Swandor, taking the all-inclusive food and beverage package. It was outstanding value . Our ocean view room was gorgeous. The food was fresh and abundant though largely Western - we wished for a wider Asian selection. The white sand beach is clean and a pleasure to take a dip from early morning to dusk. There are two large pool areas, also very clean. There was never a problem finding sunbeds on the beach and cold water is provided, as well as the convenient option of food and drinks from the snack bar. Food options were good including the snack bar and main dining room. We were not so impressed with the Ocean restaurant as the food was not as promised though the staff were attentive. The staff throughout the resort were very helpful and polite at all times. The steam and sauna facilities (included) were a pleasure to visit, including delicious tea served afterward. The lobby bar is a delightful spot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is looks like paradise, they have all inclusive concept, authentic food all of original brand alcohol free included rate. They have very big miniclub for family with children, at night time they have danvce show, live music and dj performance every night. They have very big open buffet with European chief informed me 80 staff working in the big kitchen, rich buffet 200 different kind of different meal. Beach resorts, hotel is very new. Recommended, price is very reasonable with quality.

Excelent stay for adults and kids”
This hotel was a good surprise for our holiday trip. Surprise not because we didn't expect it to be good, but because we couldn't imagine it was THAT good! Room is great, clean, good bed, nice bathroom, balcony with great ocean view. Complete buffet for all meals in the all inclusive package, good and tasty food, nice drinks for both kids and adults. Free ice cream all day long! Convenient short walking distances from room to swimming pool, to beach. We really had a good time there. The great plus was the kids playground building, my 4 years old son loved it, didn't want to leave the place for anything else! The only bad thing for us, particularly, was that the kids playground activities (and most other adult activities in the hotel) were in Russian language, so we could understand and interact with others. Even so, my son had lots of fun, as we also did.

Relaxing short break in Nha Trang”
Located just 5 mins from airport but 40 mins from city, the hotel was perfect place to spend a relaxing seaside holiday. Situated along Bai Dai beach which I think is nicer than Nha Trang beach as it was much quieter and the beach was wider though pockets of washed-up debris can be seen. All rooms have sea facing windows/balcony and the view was great. My room came with full day dining options. It included buffet breakfast/lunch/afternoon snack & dinner. Great selection though mainly western fare. Local beers/wines, some hard liquor and cocktails were also complimentary which they start serving from 10am till midnight at the various bars. Literally you don't have to bring your wallet whilst in the hotel property! Many activities for all ages were organised during the day and show/live band performances during the night though it was mainly in Russian as the hotel has an overwhelming majority of Russian guests. Overall a great place to chill out!

Resort is very nice. Pricing is ok. It is better to train staff well with a smile 😊 and serve food and drink at all swimming pool. It is inclusive resort 5 star but it isn’t 5star. They should improve the food at the buffet restaurant better and change different kinds of food daily and increase price little higher so travelers can stay long than two days. I am getting bored of food the third day that I stayed there. Also they should have more staff speaking as well as Russian unless they only target at Russian clients. By the way, they make good drink at the bar.

Very impressed with child care services here. Better than anything u can imagine. Kid club open untill 1200pm. Playground next to kid restaurant and kids sleep over room making a full inclusive option for kid. U can have ur private time whils ur child is happy playing/eating or even sleeping. Food buffet is very good, paradise for meat eater. Seafood is available also rotating between dishes. Pool with music and fun activities all t time. Made for Russians guests hence no noisy Chinese

Location - resort is located very near to the airport, a grab ride will cost you around 75K. City is nearly 25 KM from the resort. Hotel offers shuttle bus to city at 65K for one way and 110K for two way. All children under 12 can travel for free. Room - We booked the deluxe room with sea view. Room was very big includes everything. Food - I believe the resort offers only full meals package. Resort is located bit far from the city so there is almost zero options available outside the resort. There are lots to eat in the breakfast, lunch and dinner but unfortunately there aren’t any varieties. It looks really boring after a day or two. Also I expected more local food in the restaurant but could find only very few local options. As a traveler I travel to new places to experience their culture and try their local food but in this case I was totally disappointed. Pool bar and snack restaurant were okay. Minibar in the room had Pepsi, Miranda, 7up and some orange juice. Night club also serves alcohol for free but there wasn’t any crowd there. Kids club - Kids club had lot of activities in but not in English. Staffs can speak English but an English speaking kid may not enjoy much as they have to spend most of their time alone and no body to interact with. Entertainment - Resort organizes some activities all day long which includes pool exercises, beach volleyball etc. Besides this every night at 9 they have some stage performances as well. Again there are language limitations here as well. Beach - Beach is clean and beautiful. There are lifeguards so you’re in safe hands. Pool - There are two pools in the resort , both had a kids pool next to it. Even though resort offers to many things it is quite unfortunate that it’s not meant for all the guest. There is no doubt that this is one of the best places to stay with family if they can setup something for everyone. This resort lacks the multicultural and local environment.My rating for this place is 7/10.
