Overall is great. When I arrive the front desk very responsive. I'm not have to wait long to have my room. The breakfast have many variety. Just need a bit concern on breakfast menu especially on weekdays coz no provide milk. May be can consider to serve the milk too. For the room on bathroom should be have a little bit fixing on the hand shower on room 2110. There's a leak on the water hose.

Good value to money”
I stayed in this hotel during new year 2019 holiday. Stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 Deluxe double rooms for my family. Surprisingly I think I got upgraded into executive room which located on the corner of the building so we got excellent view of Jakarta. Thanks Swiss-Bel for upgrading us. And here is the summary of my stay in the hotel. Pros: - Location wise its very strategic as its right in the corner of Jl. Kartini & Jl. Gn. Sahari, gives you easy access to both street. Its also near to jl. Mangga Besar where a lot of restaurant are. - Hotel has ample parking space in the basement. I had no problem finding parking space during my stay although the hotel was quite busy at the time. - Lobby is grand and has high ceiling. Gives you a spacious feeling. - My room was very spacious. Even 1 of the room has spacious seating area. With corner view so you have 2 direction of view. Very good to look the firework on new year's eve. Even better it was located on 17th floor, gave us unobstructed view of the city. - Breakfast had quite a lot of variety and although the taste could not be saying as super excellent but it was quite good. Has enough seating area although some part are a little bit dark. - I think the bathroom is newly renovated, its bright and looks new. Really love the spacious bathroom and separate shower & tub (1 of my room even has double sink which is superb) - My wife left her cellphone in the bluebird taxi that she ordered through the hotel concierge. When we ask for the taxi detail information the concierge officer was very helpful and even initiatively try to help us by calling the bluebird call centre. Really appreciate it! Thats a level of service that I hope for. Cons: - Because of its size, the lobby isn't air conditioned. It was a little bit hot there, and make it a little bit uncomfortable to sit in the lobby lounge. - For a hotel thats around 10 years old,I think its a little bit worn out. The hotel is worth staying for the price that we paid. The room and bathroom is spacious with bath tub included. Extra point for 24hour room service. The facilities is great too, with spa, sauna and jacuzzi. There’s a lot of options for their breakfast spread and the staff are very attentive to our needs. Definitely will consider staying here again.

The hotel has 2 basements for parking and quite hard to find empty spot, check-in process is good enough and for deposit they accept credit & debit card. Before go to the room you can try their welcome drink just right in the cafe next to the main entrance. The hotel has 28th floor and we got 18th floor, the city view is good and the room is clean and quite spacious. For Superior Twins we got 2 water bottle, kettle, and fridge. The bathroom is also quite spacious, I'm quite pleased with the price range they offer. For the time we spend the night they have quite many event like wedding and political event there, but never heard the noise since those events held in another section of the building and has dedicated elevator. We have a good stay nevertheless, the breakfast in 2nd floor was great, many varieties and drinks. They have gyms in the 5th floor and swimming pool in 3rd floor. We'll be considering this hotel again for the next holiday in Jakarta for sure.

everything was great. However, the business center which was at level 18 or 26 is closed now. It was great to have a lounge with a small meeting room when booking an executive room. Now it is closed and this makes me disappointed since I am a regular customer at this great hotel.
