My family booked this hotel due to running event near there. Didnt expect much but feel satisfied. The check in proccess took time but its understable since there was an event ahead. The room is clean, bedroom is clean, water heater function perfectly, swimming pool very enjoyable. Nice place for a weekend gateaway

Rooms are big, thick wall so you can sleep good. However there are no restaurant in walking distance, you have to order out or walk to epicentrum mall. But overall it was a good stay, will definetely consider to come again

This is my 2nd time in this hotel and while the first visit was great, this recent visit was not. My door lock shut down and couldn’t be opened because the battery died. Housekeeping/Engineering couldn’t fix it right away. Also, the coffee was so grossly overpriced at Rp 65,000 (including tax) when it’s just a regular brewed coffee. Horrible experience this trip and I hope they improve next time.

Very bad experience to stay here... i’m check in at 08.00 PM and the room was not ready and i must wait for 30minutes. Because i must watch movie, i’m back to hotel at 11.15 PM and the receptionist said that my room has been upgrade to suite rolm. I think it’s already prepared. But i must wait for 20minute for the room... very disapointed

staycation here during PPKM so the hotel facilities are closed. first thing i notice when we entrance the building was they turned off the ac in lobby area and elevator. our room door kinda old or something so it sounds noisy when we open and close the door. the room doesn’t smells good especially in the bathroom. some of the switches for electricity and also some lamp broken in our room. dust spotted on some spot. the only plus is the room was big. not really happy to stay here, so sorry.

Not Recommended for Smokers”
I phoned ahead of making a reservation, asking if the property has smoking rooms. The reception clearly said that they do, and so I booked a 2-night stay. Upon checking in, the reception then stated that all rooms are non-smoking, and that smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Okay, I was a bit disappointed but I suppose that’s fair. The area near the elevator had an unpleasant smell, and only one (freight) elevator was working. When I saw the balcony, however, it is certainly no place for smoking. It’s tiny and doesn’t even come with a chair. There’s a compressor for the air conditioner blowing very hot air towards the only space available to stand. Needless to say, I was drenched in sweat every time I went out for a smoke. The hotel also doesn’t provide ashtrays, which technically makes this a non-smoking property. The reception ‘kindly’ recommended that I use the cup in the bathroom (which is supposed to be for brushing your teeth) as a replacement. My disappointment didn’t stop there. I booked a single-bed room and got one with twin beds being joined into one. This means I have switches and an open power socket right above my head when I lay down. A view is nonexistent and the room had no privacy. It was facing two apartment buildings (very close proximity) with dirty laundry and people on their balconies. I can see what’s kn the TV of one of the apartment units, which means the people on the other side can see into my room unless the blinds are shut. The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. I had to call the front desk to get it fixed. Not only did the engineering person left dirty footprints from his shoes, the bathroom stank after the repair. The air conditioner was leaking water (which suggests that it hasn’t been cleaned for a while) and wasn’t cool at all until it was almost nightfall. Drenched in sweat and poor aircon was the final straw for me. We checked out 6 hours after checking in and moved to another hotel (having paid for a 2-night
