Beautiful, tranquil and secluded resort”
A really relaxing resort with real attention to detail and very accommodating and warm staff. Everything about the place such as the facilities, spa services, dining, gardens etc. is maintained and held to an exceptional standard! The views of the mountains and golf course are wonderful and the resort itself is beautifully secluded in a valley all to itself. A really well thought out and designed resort to relax, admire the natural surroundings and feel pampered. Plus it is great value for money! My favourite resort I have stayed in ever! Top tier! 😊

Nothing to say, this paradise is definitely the ultimate destination for a luxury vacation in which you can fully enjoy nature with fresh air and green forest. High food quality, friendly and professional employees. Fantastic view from the room where you can admire the floating clouds over the skyline with romantic hills and so much more advantages. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is a heated swimming pool.

Dalat Mountain Escape”
The views of the golf course with a mountain backdrop are beautiful! This is an escape from the busy city life so don’t expect to walk anywhere for food stalls. There’s a shuttle that brings you into town if you want to explore that. Some of staff, especially the golf course, did not speak a lot of english so it was a bit hard to communicate but we got by. The indoor swimming pool was out of commission and the gym didn’t have water. We did take a motorcycle tour with mr easy rider and it was breathtaking as the road up and down showed off the fantastic scenery. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety, would recommend as no food options nearby. We stayed in for dinner and recommend the sturgeon hotpot, good value compared to some of the other items on the menu.

I have stayed here 8 times over the years & every time I think its great & just as good as the last time. The manager John made us so welcome, the staff are so friendly & helpful. The scenery here is so beautiful. The free breakfast buffet is the best ever!!

The resort scenery is beautiful”
The resort scenery is beautiful with a great view to Sam Golf Club. The staff is helful. However, the 5th floor and my room is full of food smell once I check in. I ask the front desk to solve it and house keeping come to solve it with Ozone Machine, the smell in my room is disappear after Ozone machine working. However, the smell come back after 2-3 hours and the corridor of 5th floor is full of food smell from kitchen during 2 nights. I supposed that the hotel maintenance should check their ventilation system.

Amazing moments at Swissbel! ”
We stayed here on the National Day 2nd Sept, the resort offered all guests free buffet dinner which have gifts and songs. Staffs were useful and friendly when they supported us for an early check-in because we had 2 babies. One more good thing is shuttle bus transporting us to the center, it's really convenience. It is worth for the money! 5 stars.

Wonderful trip after lockdown”
I and my family had a wonderful experience here. Coming back at twice, this time seems bringing us different memories when my husband could try their golf service. They also allowed hotel guests to visit their golf place. Staffs now are friendly, helpful even we must extend our stay from Feb to Nov because of lockdown. I request a dinner urgently and a FB staff helped us immediately, set up a table outdoor with lights. Love their staffs! Keep going, we will overcome this disaster soon guys
