The stay was very comfortable and the office is located close enough to a busy commercial market which is bustling in the evening. The staff were really excellent. I needed some documents scanned and printed and they were only too happy to assist

Needs maintenance”
The property is a bit old and needs repair of ac and the water in the bathroom gets clogged, also the shower was not able to switch so had to take bath using bidet spray. When called for maintenance and repair of ac as it was sweaty at middle of night they said the maintenance will be available in morning but no body repaired the ac till checkout time (2 days stay). Cleanliness is good over all but the hotel is not upto the 4 star standards.

Overall good experience, clean and nice reception. Room size and toilet were good. The only thing that did not meat my expectation was breakfast. No varieties and bleak place.

Average hotel - They could do much better”
For person who just come to sleep only at this rate is okay. But for couples or person who tend to spend more time in hotel i personally wouldnt recommend. I stayed there, the size of the room for such brand is very small, the facility is generic like other hotels. However the AC isnt that great as I cannot control the temp for some reason, the room is extremely small and there always some noise coming like some washing machine running. Hotel have alot of potential to improve and can improve.

Friendly staff and quite good value. There were a few problems with facilities in the hotel room, but these were quickly dealt with when I rang reception. On the whole a reasonably good hotel.
