Exceptional”
Impressive hotel! Hotel itself looks like a palace in the city. Very big, very luxurious. Staff is absolutely friendly and very helpful. Rooms are quite big and you have enough space. The rooms are also clean, I've been here a couple of times already. In addition they have a good breakfast and also some other restaurants where you can eat. The restaurants and the bar are quite expensive for thailand, but you get some quality drinks and food. See you next year!

Am very very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staffs here. Rooms are clean and spacious with great city views, if you are lucky you may get the side overseeing the city! Breakfast buffet serves a good variety of choices, do consider having their breakfast during your stay here. Will definitely be back to stay here again!

Best Hotel and Best Staffs ”
My first and second stayed it was not the greatest but when I returned for my 3rd stay I met the best receptionist, her name is Sommon, she is very welcome and very helpful, exceptional customer service , can’t ask for more! All staffs should learn from her then you definitely will be beyond 5 stars hotel. Everything is luxury with help of Sommon, the best receptionist . I booked rooms for my sister and my brother as well. My sister definitely loved it as Sommon arranged Birthday Cake and lovely flowers for my little sister too. Blessed you. Thank you so much xxx

Value for money and easy to commute”
I choose this hotel because the staff are friendly and helpful to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is located near to Huai Khwang MRT (Blue line) thus making commuting more convenient especially in Bangkok traffic. The room is well maintain and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has wide variety of selection. I will recommend this hotel business travel.

Booked swissotel 1 night because of good reviews from test & go program but luckily it got scrap before our trip but we still stayed. Im impressed and overwhelmed by the service standards of this hotel staffs in a day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to the smallest details that i had not seen in any other bangkok hotels. So good that i extended another 5 more days stay and I'll see you again next Friday . Need to change your breakfast menu was almost the same food for the last 5 days.

5 star Hotel that is beautiful, professionally staffed with great facilities for a small conference. The room was spacious with comfortable, but firm bed and nice linens. Ample storage space and a security box large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Nice toiletries. Very hot shower with good water pressure. Even a clothes drying line! No bum gun. Complimentary water x2 Breakfast buffet was fantastic with western and Asian options. Vegetarian options as well. Excellent quality. A few minor cons: Towels were a little scratchy. There was a water leak from the room above and carpet dryer was in my room one late afternoon. The shower door drips a lot of water on the floor if you leave it open after you shower. Obviously this won’t happen if you open the door into the shower. Overall a great stay. I’ll return!

Nice hotel nearby MRT, room size is big and bed is so comfortable. Hotel staffs from check in front office and bellboy are friendly and helpful. Will be back to stay with them whenever we're in Bangkok.

Male parking staff & male porters”
Drive car in entrance to Hotel. Get no idea were to go first. Drive to front door. Told go underground car park. Two male staff there. No help. We get our own bags. Carry up two flights of stairs. No help. Check in lady. Very good. Go to our room. Check in lady. Had to yell at a male porter. To get over and help. Seen her give him an angry face. Every thing at Hotel is great. Lady clean room. Wonderful. Thank You to her. Breakfast and breakfast staff just great. Man cooking omelettes. Nice man. Thank You. Will go back again. Just parking staff & porters need to help more.

Our best hotel stay of this trip.”
This was my second stay with Swissotel. My husband and I stayed at the previous Swissotel in Bangkok four years ago and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to stay there again. We were not disappointed. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. I never had to ask for toiletries to be replenished. They have concierge service which is very helpful. We ordered room service and were happy with the quality of that. We enjoyed the bar facilities. and we were happy with our breakfast experience. It was just an overall good experience.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN BANGKOK”
We spent 4 nights at the Swiss Hotel last March and every thing was perfect. This luxury hotel is modern and well maintened, the buffet breakfast is fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is locoated near an MRT station, so it is easy to go anywhere in Bangkok. We will stay there again if we travel to Bangkok in the future and we reccommend it to everybody.

Excellent hotel, as expected of 5 stars hotel. Great covid prevention and free mask, alcohol, wet wipes in the room. Not like other hotel, complimentary coffee, tea, toothbrush, etc are available. Great staff all around and english speaking also. Breakfast in on other level, varieties of bread, food, noodles, etc, you could have skip lunch by staying breakfast until 10.00, lol. Overall, Excellent.

Best hotel for families with young kids”
BKK with Kids? Don't think twice. Just book this hotel. And make sure you book the executive suite. Gives you access to snacks and drinks 24X7. The gym is amazing and so is the pool. The executive suite gives you two queen size beds and that's amazing for a good night's sleep. Plus complementary dry cleaning is icing on the top. This will always be our hotel of choice whenever we go to BKK. ps: Also the spa right opposite the hotel - Lemongrass is out of this world.

Everything is good except that there are too many PRCs staying in the same hotel,. Which make it become very low class. As the PRCs are very noisy and does not know how to behave themselves. Making the hotel lobby like a fish market and blocking people's way. Making full use of the facilities and making hell lots of noise at the pool.

Cozy Room and Friendly Staff ”
I stayed here last New Year's Eve and it was a great experience so far. One of the best accomodation so far in bangkok. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Nick the FO Assistant. This hotel is just few minutes walk from Huai Khwang MRT station. 204 Bistro Restaurant International Lunch buffet is a must try as well.
