I want to thank the team at Swisshotel for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. It was peak Christmas period with many events and guests but the team kept up consistent attentiveness be it at the front desk - Angela, at the restaurants. Special commendation to housekeeper Faura and the entire housekeeping team, the heroes behind the cleanliness of Swisshotel. We enjoyed our leisure evenings at the Brownmilk cafe having wine and nice food and non-intrusive yet attentive service.

Family Staycation”
This is our first staycation ever since 2020. With the pandemic, our family is very cautious in choosing a hotel for my husband's birthday staycation as we have our 2 year son who touches everything and difficult to wear masks. We finally chose Swissotel as we see that the General Manager (Sean Halpin) is very hands on in their property and addressing every review. This proven true during our arrival, Sean even greeted us to ensure thay we are comfortable and safe during our stay. The room is clean, the bed sheets fresh, every surface properly cleaned. They can provide in-room breakfast with limited option. On our last day we opted to eat our breakfast at the restaurant and the staffs were amazing and so so kind. We are so happy to choose swissotel and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Sean and all staff at Swissotel for a wondeful stay

Staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean, the breakfast menu vary from chinese food, Indonesian food, western food, etc. The gym and pool area are also nice. Keep up the good work! I’d love to go back to Swissotel PIK next time.

Luxurious and convenient”
Best location as it is next to Pik Avenue mall and the hotel itself are surrounded by restaurants and very close to the airport. The hotel is also well maintained and during our stay the staffs were proactive and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for convenient, comfort and luxury.

Best Service with Delicious Food”
I just spent one night here for my mom's 50th birthday. Their service was great. I arrived at the hotel at 12 pm and make payment bcs my booking was for pay at the hotel. They said our room was being prepared and will call us when ready. At 12.30 they called me by phone and let me checked in although the actual check in time is at 14.00. The dolce gusto coffee maker was a lil bit error so they change it with another one and give me extra one cup for bonus. Also, they let me ask for room services 2 times because I need someone to take a picture of my family. They are very friendly. I celebrate my mom's bday at chinese natoonal resto (sunday brunch ayce). The food was delicious and their service was great! Especially Mr. Sun. He always look around my table and asked if I need anything. Even I did not take the food by myself. He deliver all of them to our table. So it really save our time. Thank you so much. The manager also was there asking us for any feedback. All of them are friendly! Will come back for sure

Clean hitel in a perfect location”
The hotel situated at the same building with PIK Avenue shopping center, making us have easy access to many restaurant. Many good restaurants also available nearby. The hotel room is clean, the staffs were great. We stayed on weekend, they had a movie time for kids which was fantastic arrangement. We had a perfect stay, I would recommend this hotel to family traveller with young kids.

My husband, my daughter and I stayed at Swissotel on my birthday. When we arrived at our room, there were birthday greetings on the mirror. The staff also called to my room and there were staffs came and sang happy birthday and brought me chocolate cake. Swissotel really made my day. Great facilities with large swimming pool. We hosted our wedding here”
We hosted our wedding here in the ballroom.. Since the date is “lucky day” then it’s very crowded..we booked 19 room in total..when we arrived for check in, the queue is very bad and long..but we got help from Ali (hotel staff) who are really helpfull and bring me to executive lounge for check in… All good for instance : ballroom, room condition, cleanliness, hotel staff, food.. The downside are ; 1. Attention to special guest we spent millions IDR here but they don’t even bother to give some welcome gesture (I need to ask them)..At the end they gave it but it’s only for 1 room.. In the morning I asked to make up my room because we will use it for beauty shoot but they said we are in the waiting list..at the end we made up the room by ourselves.. 2. The elevator was always busy They only have 3 elevators and it’s always full..Imagine we as bridal group but to move 1 floor need to wait for 15 minutes? At least they should have 1 more, very poor design… Overall I still recommend this hotel for stay and wedding but they need to improve and find a workaround solution..

Amazing and Luxury stayed at Swissotel PIK ”
The room was very huge, clean and luxurious. The staff were all kind and friendly. The view was amazing, all the stuff and utilities were working well, the room was stunningly the bed is super comfort. Special thanks to GRO team who decorated my room ,Mr. Gunawan and Mr. Andhika :)
