100% worth the money. amazing hotel. the girl who checked us in was so nice, she upgraded our room to a Kabaa room with no fees. the staff was all super nice and organized. the breakfast was amazing. we had no complaints the entire stay. the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. the haram is right next to the hotel as well. would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be coming back.

Swissotel Makkah in my opinion is one of the Best hotels. The Haram is just a 5 min Walk. The Staff are really Polite and they make you feel comfortable with their world class hospitality. Insha Allah for my next trip I will choose for sure.

I want to thank Mr. Kasem and Ms. Ilaf for their services and hospitality during our stay here. Mr. Kasem and Ms. Ilaf surprised us with a special cake and dinner set for our anniversary. We stay in room 3729 from 30/6/2022 until 2/7/2022. My utmost gratitude also towards Mr. Amjad and Mr. Fahimul Islam who extend my request to have a special request for my anniversary to the management. In addition, Ms. Ilaf also goes the extra mile by helping us get a beautiful room view during our check-in process. Special thanks also to Mr. Faisal, who arranged the table during breakfast. He and his team members provide exceptional service so that we can enjoy our breakfast in a calmful manner. We had a very memorable experience here, and Insya Allah will be coming back. Kudos to the hotel and management team for such excellent service and hospitality.

Its nice to stay there… really comfortable and staff also helping you whenever you need them… clean n smell good for in walking area of hotel… also they’ll remind prayers time from sound system in room so you will not miss you prayer event you in deep sleep…

It is really a five star place. Beautiful rooms. We had a junior suite with Kaaba view. Magnificent. Having a view of the Kaaba and azam and Namaz streaming directly on audio in room for every Namaz.

Staff friendliness : Thank you very much to Rehal who upgraded my room with no additional charge. Room : Quite spacious and overlooking the Ka’abah. I really love it and thankful. WC : Overall ok and the only missing toiletries amenities i.e. toothbrush set etc. Location : Great location and walking distance to shopping area, eateries and most importantly Masjidil Haraam. Overall, I would rate 5 star for this hotel and would recommend others to choose this hotel as well. Thank you.

Very clean modern design room, magnificent view of Kaaba. Very easy to adjust shower water temperature (matter most to me😆). Luxurious interior deco with friendly front staff (Ahmed & Anas). All you need for a real 5Star hotel experience. Highly recomended. Definitely will come again.

Their breakfast choices and quality of food is excellent. Look up for a staff name Ashraf. Very friendly and his personal service is par excellent. Room is spacious. Location is near to Al Haram. You get to hear live azan and fardhu prayers in your room.
