Stayed with a 2yrs old child. Very clean inside, all personnel highly trained, well English speaking (thats really unique in Thailand), extremely gentle, polite and ready and fast to help in any situation. Different services like kids room with several trainings each day, two pools working from 7 am (3rd floor) till 10 pm (roof top), several bars, very fruity plenty of choice breakfast. Internet connection might be low at times, thats a problem around Thalland.. TV works differently.. Choice of pillows, medium hard mattress. First line to the Patong beach, in the building with HardRock cafe, however no noise from there. The only noise comes from non-stop working air-cons. Windows with town view might be the ones to the next hotel building, 2 meters close with no street, but those windows are closed with shutters. Pool view means view inside the building, since poll is on the 3rd floor of inner yeard surrounded by the hotel itself, sky-open.

Good location to the beach and shopping. Got the best of both worlds. Around the hotel, there are spa / cafe / restaurants / barber and convenient stores. It’s easily accessible . Hotel is grand looking and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast buffet spread is wide and with quality food. Room is clean and spacious. There a large balcony overlooking at part city view of patong. Toilet is huge with toiletries. And it’s clean too. Overall, it’s nice for a couple to relax , stressfree. Check out the roof pool with bar!! There’s a complimentary drink on the roof . Nice especially at night. With breeze . Truly a gem

At the beach. ”
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and the egg station is fast. Our 7 year old played in the kids club while our room was getting ready and then again for an activity while we took a nap. The hotel itself is next to Hooters, Hard Rock Cafe and an Irish Pub. If you plan to go to bed at a decent hour make sure your room is not on the wing facing the Hard Rock. They have live music until 12 or 1am and it's just like sitting at the bar it's so loud. We changed rooms with no problems from the staff, thank you. We would stay at this hotel again if we were traveling to the area. Plenty to see, shop, drink, get a massage, laundry, and just walk about within minutes of walking.

Execellent Experience”
Really enjoyed our stay in Swissotel Patong Hotel. Every staff we met was super nice with smile all the time. The room is spacious and well equipped. The balcony is awesome. The swimming pool on 3/F and 7/F was fantastic. We booked a studio suite and we can enjoy the lounge which is a perfect place for the evening. The hotel was located in a perfect area - easy access of everything like beach, bars, restaurants, shopping mall. Excellent experience in the hotel.

Best Hotel with gd location, eatries, shopping n strolling around. Check-in n check-out was very smooth. Wonderful Breakfast. Cheerful hotel staff. Rooms r clean with all necessary toiletries. Gd housekeeping. This was my 2nd time stay. Will come back again next yr. Keep it up.🙏👌

We found that this hotel was very good the staff were good my only problem was when we first arrived there was nobody there to help us with our bags as we have to park in the street when we got to the reception the receptionist Polly who was quite aggresive wanted 14000 baht deposit which I was not prepared to pay she said I could use my credit card but it would take 2 weeks after I checked out she then said I could make it 7000 baht but I refused I then got it down to 2000 baht cash when I changed some money when I booked out I had only spent 1600 baht and recieved 400 baht back. We had a room that gave us access to the privte lounge which was very good.

Extremely convenient location, with the beach, food and nightlife minutes walk from the hotel doorsteps. The hotel facilities were clean, pool was nice, and the staff were absolutely friendly and amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all!

Amazing staff they have in here, always willing to help. Requested to deco the bed on the second night for our wedding anniversary and they did it with 1 hours notice, showing how far they willing to go. Breakfast food was low salt and healthy. The egg station ladies always smiling and greeting us on all the 4 time we have breakfast.Electrical sockets in the room need to be improved as mostly are loose.maybe time to refurbish the sockets. The room is great with pool view. Surprisingly quiet at night 😴.room is large and comfy.it was raining season so the hotel was perfect for us and it's walking distance to almost everywhere in Patong.,

Simply loved the Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Beach 2 minutes walk to Shopping Belt Cant find any better Hotel Buffet Breakfast could have been better, we were there 6 nights, almost same food everyday. Rest was good.

Great value for money, location is great, 3minutes walking to the patong beach. It is however located bit far from the shopping centre but am sure that’s not gonna be a huge issue. Staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. Would love a new rooftop pool in the sense that no scenery could be seen while up there, one can always fancy an infinity pool no? Experienced power outage during our stay but was quickly resolved, wasn’t that big of a deal. All in all a great stay.

Their service level from the check in to check out including the Housekeeping was awesome. Had a good 5 days. Special mention to the door man fit on 22 Nd Dec morg, who went on a extra mile to help us get our cab on time. Was rushing as I didn get to thank him properly. A great location , eveything was within walking distance. Def coming back here.
