The room is basic but got all you need The wifi is good and they give you bottled water when you arrive The staff speak English so were really helpful You must stay here if your in the area - a night we will remember forever Dont be alarmed by the gaint lizards that come out of the river - they wont come near

Biggest issue here is the concert noise from across the river. Our first night was a Sunday and we thought that the loud concert music was just a weekend happening, but our 2nd night was a Monday and so that night two different concerts started up and ran past 10:00 p.m., which was too late for us travel weiry travelers! That 2nd night we were also awakened by people noisily entering ajoining rooms at 01:30 a.m., 2:30 a.m. and 04:00 a.m., the last one on a noisy motorcycle.

I'll never go again. The contents of Agoda are different. The hostel room was not air conditioner. After arrival, the hostel asked for an additional 50% price. ㅡ

Staff we always smiling, right on the river so nice to sit on the river at night. Good rates for sure and everything you need, just old a bit dirty. Mattresses very warn out and bathroom def had a funk haha. But what can you expect with these rates. Overall was happy with the choice. Would probably stay again.

I visited Kanchanaburi to see the famous bridge, and to rest after my journey up to Hellfire pass. The suffering experienced by allied prisoners of war in building the death railway is unimaginable, but fortunately T&T hostel has taken it upon itself to give us a tiny taste of that suffering. Holes in all the mosquito mesh so you too can enjoy a tropical disease. A bed as hard as a railway sleeper and a dirty bathroom with a myriad of insects and moulds to keep you company - enough to make you long for a latrine in the jungle. It's a pity because the location right on the Kwae is fantastic... But T&T really needs a good helping of TNT and to be rebuilt from scratch.

The hostel is beautiful and in a very good position! One of the owner also helped me a lot! He drives me to a very beautiful temple! Amazing place!

Rafthouse bathrooms will stay in my memory forever”

Seriously, T&T, you are nice people but you do need to take your guests seriously. Please clean the bathrooms. Please use clean sheets. I know it's a cheap place but I did not sign up for dirt and bugs of various shapes and sizes (one crawled out of a toilet paper roll and made me scream..). It would be a shame to waste such lovely location and good vibe in your reception - please do clean the place up.

We had a raft room and really enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the daytime and watching the sun set but as soon as it was dark there were obviously lots of bugs. The shared bathrooms were quite dirty and the wifi didn’t work in our room at all but it was fine. :)

man erreicht das guesthouse sogar gut zu fuß in ca 15 minuten.das personal ist nett, und die terrasse lädt zum erholen und chillen ein. es gibt kein frühstück und auch sonst ist man auf sich allein gestellt. das personal war kaum vor ort. es gibt nur kaltes wasser und der standard ist ok, aber nichts besonderes. bars und restaurants sind in unzähliger auswahl an der strasse zufinden, auch 7/11 ist um die ecke. zum frühstücken kann man zu jolly frog gehen. 5min zu fuss . viel mückenspray einpacken!
