Fantastic room. Layout is phenomenal. Since it's a corner unit with mostly windows for walls I find sitting inside was the same as sitting outside except we have ac. Layout of bed and bathroom was smart and imported toilet and sink is very nice

Lovely place to stay near to Mui Ne”
Pros. The staff so friendly and helpful Rooms are large and well equipped Plenty of sun beds and towels for use around the pools or on the beach Cons Disappointed that the cleaning was not up to the high standard of our last visit .It would appear that there have been cutbacks as shower gels and shampoo were in short supply one of each shared between 2 people Internet very poor unable to Skype Breakfast not up to 4 star standard

The Best Experience for all my years of travelling”
On 29/11/2015, my family was having breakfast at the restaurant, Ms Vero specially came forward and introduced herself to us and made known to us to get in touch with her or any of her colleagues for any special request. As a Guest Relation Officer, we understand that she is performing her duties. As our family have decided to have dinner in the resort, we requested for special dinner services, whereby, we will provide the seafood, the chef will prepare the dish for us and served at the lobby lounge instead of the restaurant. So we approached Mr Dung and asked if this service could be rendered to us. Without any hesitation, he assured us that it can be done without any hassle. What made us so impressed about this hotel's service provided ? . My family and I was shocked to see the layout of the table settings all done up within an hour. Beautifully done. We were all left in awed by the settings, it's the most impressive we have seen in years. Before the start of our dinner, Ms Vero specially came over and have a chat with us to understand if everything is acceptable to us. We were so impressed by the type of attention which the hotel can provide, it can only be second to none. During our course of dinner, there are only 1 staff (Mr Dung)attending to us as there are no crowd in the lounge. Mr Dung made sure we have everything we needed and kept checking back with us if we required anything else. He kept changing our plates, running up and down for condiments, drinks and additional order. He did it all with a humble smile in his face, which we felt the sincerity he have when serving us. My family have not enjoy such fantastic services for a long while and we are definitely impressed by the service standard which the hotel have provided. A special "Thank you" to Takalau Resort employees and staffs. Mr Dung and Ms Vero have definitely raised the bar for us in terms of service standard and professionalism.

Fab Place”
We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the Takalau resort and we had a lovely relaxing time. All the staff from reception to gardeners were friendly and we were sad to leave the resort. Sophie & Thao Assistant Managers were both great with us. Sophie organised us a collection from the train station, and was even there to great us. Such great customer service. We had meals at the hotel most nights and the food was fantastic and in a great setting right next to the beach. All food and drinks in the resort were great value for money. After having the first week of the holiday touring round Vietnam it was great to come to this resort and relax.

Amazing Oasis in Vietnam”
What a wonderful place! All of my tour party enjoyed our visit to Takalau tremondously. We used the visit as way to transition from our jet lag while enjoying the beauty of the area and the facilities at the resort. Personnaly, I have never seen a place with a better variety of flowers and plants. They would actually fall off the plants and onto the walkway, giving you a greeting everytime you walked. Mix that in with the sound and view of the ocean...wow! Would I recommend this place to anyone? In a heartbeat, yes!!

Relaxing stay with personal and excellent service!”
We were 3 adults and 2 children of 9 and 11 and we stayd at Takalau for 11 nights. Our stay was exactly what we hoped for. Calm and relaxing in the hotel area but only a couple of steps to the beach för play in the waves and walks to the center of Mui Ne. The staff were very friendly and often did the little unexpected extra that made us feel very welcome and cared for. If there were any trouble with the english there was allways someone fetched who could translate. The hotel manager was very caring and made sure we had a great time during the whole of our stay. Thank you mr Tran!

good except the receiptionist cheated me when exchanged money”
the lady with yellow cloth is nice who arranged room and played with child. and the hotel would clean room everyday. there is a not big swimming pool near our room. the TV is so old that I did not want to open it. It is so bad that the receipionist cheated me when I checked out and wanted to go out for lunch. I exchanged 100 USD. She with white cloth told me the rate on receiption 22650 was some days ago and now is 22020. I exchanged and went out for lunch. I checked on web the rate is almost same during those days and on that day. I came back to takalau hotel and the receiptionist was a new young lady. I ask her what was rate. She said it was same showed on receiption. I told her my exchage rate in the morning and asked her to check with that lady. She did and told me that was morning rate. I showed the web to her. At last she give balance 63000 to me. I felt cheated.

A good resort indeed but there are several things which should be improved to make it perfect”
We stayed in Deluxe Garden Room which is right behind the reception for 2 nights. The room is very spacious with plenty of wooden furniture. They are all in very good condition. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. If you want to look for a quiet place, this resort is worth to try. However, there are following things that should be improved: 1) Breakfast is so so with limited dishes 2) Wifi is weak as I could not connect my phone to the internet 3) The air conditioner is a very large one which may suite to office. It is very difficult to set preferable temperature

Great Stay”
We had a fabulous time. The rooms were outstanding I cannot praise them enough they were real luxury and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet during our stay and we loved it. The only small niggle is that the pool bar was not open it did not stop us getting drinks but we have preferred an actual bar particularly in the evening. Reception sorted all our needs transfers, taxi in the evening and a good rate on money exchange.

Spent 3 days here in a no good weather condition. Love this place. Peaceful, friendly, amazing room, clean and quiet. The landscape is amazing, even it's quite small. Great room quality. Good staff service. The food and drink is acceptable only. Highly recommend and will come back at next visit.

Nice stay but far from a perfet one”
The stays was nice, staff were nice and helpful. The villas were beautiful with very nice landscape. However I was disappointed as on Agoda website, the hotel was described with private beach. In fact, it has no beach at all, its seashore was fulled of rock. The nearby beach where there was no rock then filled with sea weed. Agoda should amend this description on the web. The breakfast menu was simple, very little choices. the menu was not well designed/planed (beef tomato source served with no pasta, chicken curry served with no rice, etc.), the restauran where the breakfast was served too small, there were only 3 tables.

The service is good and Food is delicious”
We stayed here 2 nights, the servce is very good, the dinner is very delicious. and my daughter liked the small parasol which the hotel present to her.
