Excellent location in Tam Coc”
This homestay is brand new (only open 3 or so months). Run by the owner's daughter whom can speak English well. Breakfast + drink is included in room rate. They have bikes and motorbikes for rent to allow you to explore the area. We spent the day hours on bikes and swapped to a motorbike for the evening. Host booked our bus/ferry/bus ticket to Cat Ba for us - very helpful. Tam Coc is beautiful and a worthwhile stop on your tour of Vietnam, we would have no hesitation staying at Tam Coc Craft Homestay again.

Best Choice to stay here ”
This Homestay is the perfect choice when staying in Tam Coc. Not only it’s located perfectly to get to many awesome highlights in the area (even per bicycle) but mostly because Lien is such an awesome host. Her English is very good and she helps you with every question you have. She and her family are running a restaurant close to the Homestay where they serve awesome food and she brings all guests together on a table if you‘re interested in. She even invited us having dinner with her family which was an amazing evening. The breakfast in the Homestay is great too. I couldn’t have made a better choice! Thanks Lien for having me and making my stay in Tam Coc unforgettable!

Most amazing hosts I've had in Vietnam”
I spent a few nights in Tam Coc Craft Homestay and 3rd day in Tam Coc I got sick with stomach problems. The family working there took really good care of me and helped a lot for the 3 days I was sick. I traveled Vietnam for a month and they were by far the best hosts I had there. The location is also really good, and the place if quite clean, definitely recommend.

Amazing hospitality ”
The family here will do anything and everything to ensure that you are happy. This includes late check-in (I didn’t arrive until nearly 10), helping you rent a bike, and breakfast to your needs. I can’t thank the family enough for making my stay so pleasant! The homestay is in Tam Coc and easily accessible to Hang Mua and Trang An via motorbike.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is a place I would highly recommend. The rooms are sparkling clean, a variety of breakfast provided and there are bike rental services. The best place we have stayed in Vietnam”
I strongly recommend this homestay to anyone travelling through Ninh Binh! Located down a quiet alley, you’re away from noise but close to everything. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. Mr Leun (sorry if this is misspelt) is a master of embroidery and all the pillows and quilts in the rooms have been made by him. He always made the effort to chat to us. His daughter runs the homestay and she is just the nicest most lovely person (her French Bulldog puppy is also just adorable). Breakfast was free and was made fresh to order, very tasty and filling. We also rented bicycles on 2 of the days knowing they are 50,000d per bike per day but they didn’t want to charge us. We had to insist on paying them because this family definitely deserves to do well. Just book this place and you will be well taken care of.

Wonderful stay with hearty homemade breakfast”
Lien arranged us taxi to the home stay from a night train from hanoi. The location is strategy to go around Tam Coc, provided with motorbike rental which is cheaper than outside. Quite regret for not able to make it to her restaurant but this is a place I will be back next time.

Genuine Vietnamese Homestay in Tam Coc ”
We had the best time here at Linh’s homestay and meeting her family. The homestay is brand new with lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. There is free breakfast and wifi and you can rent bikes if you want to explore the area on your own. Perfect location in the main tourist area but set back in a small lane so you can hear the sounds of nature. The family hosts nightly dinners and we highly recommend joining them as they cook up authentic Vietnamese food and you can learn about their small family owned embroidery business which they started to help keep the embroidery tradition alive and provide local women with jobs. We felt very much at home here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough to any travellers seeking an authentic Vietnamese homestay experience.

Wonderful stay, wonderful family”
I loved my stay here with Lien and her family. Very hospitable and quick to serve. I loved the freedom of renting a bike directly from the homestay for a couple days -- use Google Maps to get your way around easily. Short 2-minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and amenities, but tucked away and quiet. I had a lovely room, just as pictured in the photos, with a lakeview. Note that the windows are frosted, so you have to have the windows open to take in the view. Very clean, and good food!

I had a wonderful stay here! The room is clean and comfortable, with air con and/or fan. The breakfast was perfect with a variety of dishes to choose from. Food offered in the evening was also delicious which was shared between guests and staff/family, highly recommend! All my queries and needs were taken care of to a very high standard. Our stay was wonderful! It truly felt like our home away from home and the owners felt like extended family. Our every need was taken care of and the elder member of the family took the time at meals to share his stories of Vietnam giving us precious insight into the culture. The food was delicious--the best we had in Vietnam. Many different dishes were served giving us the opportunity to sample the best of Vietnamese cuisine. The location was great--quiet with only the bullfrogs lulling us to sleep This homestay was one of the highlights of our trip!

Best place to stay in Tam Coc”
Our stay here was exceptional since the moment that we arrived. The room in perfect condition, the bed wasn't hard like in most of the places here in Vietnam, beautiful handmade sheets. Mr Luan and his family are the nicest people that we have met in Vietnam, they speak very good english. We had a wonderful time with Mr Luan in his home having dinner, he told us his story and shared with us delicious Vietnam food. Also they have a restaurant around the corner Dang Quang Restaurant, delicious dishes, good prices!! You wont regret staying here, was our best experience in Vietnam!!!

Really enjoyed our stay!!”
We only stayed one night at this place but we would love to come back some time! The rooms are clean, the location is great, and the owner and her family is extremely nice! Unfortunately I was sick but the owner took care of me, bringing me a can of tea, some medicine and checking my temperature, so I was in good hands! The next day we left our luggage with them and rented one of their scooters to see the sights. The owner arranged train tickets to Phong Nha and a taxi to the train station for us. We would totally recommend this place! It is absolutely worth the money!
