Everything was perfect”
We were centrally located, but a couple streets behind all the restaurants so there was only local noise. Very clean, everything looked brand new. Polite host who made us a great breakfast both days. We also got to watch him put a couple new trees in the garden and the neighbours dog had 7 puppies which was also a surprise delight

Local place and friendly ”
What is important to point out here is the stuff. The gentleman taking care of the place is here at home really. There is always another gentleman on the phone who speaks English- but most of the time he is around too as he is a tour guid and takes ppl around Vietnam. In the morning we went to the market to buy ingredients for breakfast that we helped to prepare - it was a great experience to mingle among locals. In the evening we also had hot pot all together in the garden. We stayed at the big room which has been nicely designed and was very spacious. Bathroom is small but clean. Hopefully the huge development happening in Tam Coc will not have a too big affect on this homestay <3

Everything was perfect! The owner is very friendly and welcoming, even if he doesn’t speak English we didn’t had any problems with communication. The bed was the most comfortable we had so far in Vietnam! Everything was very clean, beautiful bathroom and great breakfast with a lot of variety. The perfect homestay!

+The double room is spacious, clean and beautiful with a huge bed. +The breakfast was tasty too. + The host was so nice. Since the room was available he let us check in on 3am the night before our booking for free!!! - There's no really hangout area to sit and meet people - Bus booking and motorcycle / bicycle prices were much more expensive than places outside

Absolutley great place to stay”
The room is cosy, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Outside you can relax in the little bamboo hut and enjoy the garden. The host is a super friendly man who treated us very well, so we felt very welcomed. We spent a lovely evening with him and some locals at the property. He's got an english-speaking supporter so you can easily sort out everything. We enjoyed our time here and would always recommend the place.

Un homestay d’un très bon rapport qualité /prix. L’hébergement se situe dans un endroit extrêmement calme mais à deux minutes à pied du centre et de l’embarcadère. Point de départ de belles balades dans la région. Le propriétaire des lieux ne parle que le vietnamien mais est d’une extrême gentillesse et ne ménage pas ses attentions pour répondre aux attentes de ses hôtes, et son frère qui parle anglais apporte son aide téléphonique quand le dialogue devient vraiment trop compliqué,

Excellente chanmbre double king size bed”
Nous venons de loger une nuit au tam coc eco house, pas forcément évident à trouver du premier coup, mais une fois trouvé, nous découvrons une chambre spacieuse et refaite à neuf. La personne qui nous accueille ne parle pas anglais mais est adorable et nous arrivons parfaitement à communiquer avec google translate. Le lit est giganteste et possède une grande baie vitrée qui laisse entrer la lumière. Un vrai petit cocon de bien être. Fait non négligeable a tam coc la chambre n’est pas humide du tout.

Lohnt sich! ”
Ein kleines süßes Häuschen etwas ab von der lauten Hauptstraße von Tam coc. Der Hausherr spricht zwar kein Englisch aber mit Übersetzer kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Zimmer ist hübsch und sauber und das Badezimmer sieht auch recht neu aus. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Fahrräder und Scooter für einen fairen Preis zu leihen. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Alles ina klein echt super. Lohnt sich!
