Amazing Homestay”
I stayed at Friendly Homestay for 2 nights and it was so lovely and super nice. I came early in the morning with a bus from Ha Giang at 5.50 a. m. Nam - the owner greeted my warly, she offered me that I could take a nap in small Garden house, she prepared mé breakfast. Then she prepared a room for me and my friend as soon as possible after previous guests checked out. She explained me all things to do in Ninh Binh province. The location of Homestay is awesome because its in the middle of the Tam Coc but in calm area. Its so close to everywhere - nearby is Tam Coc boatyard with boats, its close to many restaurants and bars. Its great location because its close to sightseeings. To Trang An it was about 5 km by bike which we rented at Stay. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was very tasty and family was helphel at any time because they live in the back of yard in a house so there is always Nam, her husband or their son to help. They speak English so it was no problem. After me and my friend checked out - they helped my friend to get by bus to Hanoi. They helped mé too - I could leave my bag there all day, I could even take a shower after all long day and Nams husband drove me to the bus stop so I could take a night bus to Phong Nha departing at 8.30 p. m. . They even made sure I arrived safely to Phong Nha. SO SWEETTT! LOVE IT!

Second place we’ve stayed at in our Hanoi Tour. Nam was such an excellent host! The location is very very great. Smacked dab in the middle of Ninh Binh. It is very near the restaurants but far enough that you’ll have a peaceful stay without all the buzz. Our room was with balcony and I would recommend this if you’d like to have some more privacy as its away from the other rooms. The only downside is the bathroom is outside and not connected in your room. I would have booked the room without balcony if I had known. But all in all the room was great as it was clean as well as the bathroom. I would definitely recommend for you to stay here! It has everything you need. Nam will brief you and recommend places you can visit and explore in Ninh Binh. They also offer laundry services, you can rent a motorbike from them and have your money changed here. She also booked us our taxi going to the Train Station. Nam also allowed us to use their personal bathroom for us to get cleaned up after our last day Ninh Binh tour before heading to Hanoi. In short, you will be pampered and very much be guided by Nam and her family. Can’t compliment this place enough! Will surely come back!

A really beautiful homestay in Tam Coc with very clean and spacious rooms. Nam Nam and her family are genuinely nice, very helpful and lovely - they cook, they serve breakfast whenether you want it and organize everything for you. We rented a motorbike for 120k dong a day and drove around the area - but you can also rent bicylces there. I would recommend this homestay to anyone who wants to visit the Ninh Bin area. It is very central in Tam Coc but still really quiet at night. The „deluxe double room“ we booked is one of these cute little cabins/bungalows that you see on the pictures. There is really not one negative thing I could think of. We were there for 2 nights only but would definitely stay longer. It was great staying there ❤️ And this rating is genuine - Nam Nam didn‘t even ask me to rate her

The facilities are new and the cleanliness are well maintained, and it is all done by the owner and family member themselves. Strategic location which is near to the lake for Tam Coc boat ride. You can rent a motorbike or bicycle from the homestay to explore the amazing scenery in Ninh Binh. The homestay itself offer various type of choice for lunch and dinner. The portion of the food is big. I was curious with the serving size until I was told by the owner that she hope the traveller who stayed at her homestay to fill their stomach so they can gain more energy to explore far to enjoy their life. The hospitality from the owner really touch your heart. A friendly homestay as named. No doubt that I will stay in this homestay again when I travel to Tam Coc in the future.

Perfect”
Booked a Deluxe room. Even tho the room/building looks like still under construction, it is clean. The host and the whole family are really nice and helpful. They explain everything very well. On our last day before going to the train station, we requested the taxi to wait as we want to take a walk around that area for a while. The taxi was arranged by the host. They even lend us the bicycle and it’s free! You will feel like home here with new family. We didn’t take breakfast there (we already had it in our room) and she was really concerned if our tummy are empty. She gave us a big bottle of drinking water for free when we are about to leave. She’s like a mother.

Best homestay in Tam Coc”
We were really impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment but what won us over was the genuine friendliness of the family and how much they cared about their customers. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We booked our bus to Hue with Nam, (our hostess) and it turns out we paid way less than a lot of people did on our bus. She even insisted on driving us to the bus stop and waited until we were on it to leave. We highly recommend this homestay! I've never seen this kind of dedication in family and homestay owner. ******, 11/10

Nam and her family are very welcoming and will help with anything you need! Nam gave us a map and explained all the tourist areas as well as the costs of each place. Rooms are large and clean, we had one on the 1st floor with a lovely view. Shower was nice a hot, always a plus. Breakfast was delicious - very good scrambled eggs! Borrowed a motorbike for the day, much easier that trying to haggle with someone at a shop. If we come back to Tam Coc we’ll definitely come and stay again! :)

Fantastic hosts ”
Nan and her family put so much effort into making sure your stay with them is just perfect. From freshly cooked breakfasts, clean and tidy rooms , providing scooters to rent, booking onward travel, etc. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect, just a short walk into the town where’s there’s loads of restaurants but tucked away and nice and quiet. Tam Coc is an amazing place to visit and friendly homestay ticked all the boxes for us.

Owner and family are friendly and eager to help. Alot of services are provided such as bike and motor rentals. Not much of a view except for flowers in the garden. Breakfast was ok. What I liked best was the bathroom. It was big and very modernly furnished and with European fittings by Toto. Very new and very clean. There is even some sort of sun tanning device in the shower. Perfect for hot dirty day out in the country side

Nam Nam was the nicest person, she was always smiling and helped us with everything. Acommodation was clean and comfortable with a view to beautiful garden. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We rented bikes and also motorbike and Nam Nam arranged a van to get us to the Hanoi airport which was really great! Thanks for everything :)

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms and clean toilets (all recently renovated). The food cooked by the owners were delicious. The accommodation was really beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We only stayed one night, did not get enough time to enjoy the place. Will definitely be back in the future. Very friendly owners who welcome us and showed us to our rooms.
