I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this homestay. I did one night in the dorm then as it was booked the next night I had my own bungalow room which was amazing! I came here with my friend who loved the place also! Got a great sleep both nights. Couples definitely should book the bungalow. The lady who works there Thuy is so lovely and sweet. Very helpful. I hired a motorbike for 1.5 days off them for 150000 which was amazing fun! I reccomend doing it. I will definitely go back one day! Tam coc is an amazing beautiful place and so is this homestay!

Very nice Homestay, with a beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and helpfull! The only negativ thing was the disgusting smell in the badroom.

Quiet nice stay”
I was upgraded from the double room to the cabin after there was no water pressure but staff were onto it to be fixed right away. The double looked fine but the cabin was more space. Area was down a road but the main town was just a few mins walk away. Staff always friendly and helpful would def stay again.

Nice hotel with nice staff, facility not amazing...”
The room was nice but the bathroom is in the same room as the bedroom only separated by a really thin wall that looks like a fabric sheet. Meaning, not soundproof. Also we paid for a 'room with balcony' but the balcony wasnt connected to the room, it was just on the same floor and it was public for the whole floor.... Very misleading. The staff was great and helpful and The room was clean. The main area is nice and beatiful with a fun pool table available.

Nice location, bad bikes”
This is a nice place to stay for some days. I did my laundry here and they did a good job. Breakfast was also really good and in the price included. I wanted to rent a motorbike but they only had bikes in really bad condition. Breaks not working and motor makes strainge noise. I tryed to change but the second scooter was not better 🤨 There was a strainge guy from east europe who was living there. I am not sure he was part of the business. He was not nice to the other stuff and made me feel unconfortable.

Best Homestay”
After a tiring 4D3N Ha Giang loop we arrived in Tam Coc. The homestay is very peaceful and relaxing with good facilities and a fabulous family with lots of young kittens. There were people travelling or families with children of all nationalities. You can rent bicycles and mopeds and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the River trip. We really enjoyed our stay here and would visit again

Beds comfy with see-through curtain, bathroom located outside the dorm, breakfast-limited, staff-helpful on tours and bus tickets and bike rentals and attractions. A swimming pool and a pool for recreation. Local paid 100k dong to Hanoi, but, I paid 180k. Why 80k more for me?

We loved this place, really nice relaxed vibe but still great to meet other backpackers. Location was good as it was just a short walk to the main strip. The hosts were very nice and everywhere was so clean. We had a bungalow and the beds was very comfortable. 100% recommend to anyone! We’re actually sad to leave this place.

Don't even bother looking elsewhere. Book now! The little cabins that guests stay in border the pool for the villa. Inclusive breakfast, helpful staff, and amenities at a ridiculously competitive rate. It's extra nice to not share walls with other guests.

Excellent value stay with great location. Hosts were friendly and accommodating offering rentals for motorbikes, bicycles, massage, laundry, tours, and more. Property has nice pool, pool table, restaurant, and fridge full of cold beers. Rooms were clean and hot water worked great. Will definitely stay again!

Nice location by small river and walk/bike distance to tam coc main street. Also amazing bike ride south of this place towards rice fields, fishing lake and mountains.
