Warm and welcoming!”
This homestay is quite literally off the beaten path. Our bus dropped us off very early in the morning (5am) and our homestay seemed more than happy to accommodate us. They were all so kind and welcoming. After a lovely complimentary breakfast with a gorgeous view of the rice paddies and mountains, they provided information on the distance and price of all of the top sights in the area. They offered bikes and motorbikes to rent. Extra points for the friendliest animals! Tam Coc was my favorite place in Vietnam and I plan to return one day. I would absolutely stay with this family again as they made all the difference :)

Couldn't ask for more”
Pretty cool location with nothing to obstruct views of the Ninh Binh "mountains". Quaint, peaceful, lovely staff, motorbike and bicycle rental available for low daily prices. 2 minutes walk to Tam Con Lake - boat tours and great restaurants. Most of Ninh Binh is an enjoyable cycle ride - all easily reached from here. Rooms are high quality hotel rooms. Clean, air conditioned, great beds. Couldn't reasonably ask for more.

Amazing homestay in Tam Coc!”
I love this homestay - so much so, that I’ve stayed here twice! The rooms are clean and spacious, the family you stay with are lovely and it’s just round the corner from the main street in Tam Coc, but with amazing views over the mountains. Oh and the breakfast (esp the banana pancakes) and coffee are delicious too! Highly recommend.

The homestay is not far from the Tam Coc boat ride and Ngo Dong river. The owners are friendly but not fluent in English. The homestay offers bicycle and motorbike rent and local tour. Good view from the homestay and it is relaxing.

I had a lovely time here. The home stay is run by a family who were very friendly and kind. Their daughter speak English and abit of mandarin. They have motorbike rental avaliable and is more than willing to help u plan for the visit around tam coc. The room were spacious and clean. Really enjoyed my 2 nights with them.

Management is very friendly and helpful. You can rent bicyles and motorcycles with them to easily move around tam coc and surroundings area. They gave us a map and made recommendations on where we can go.

Amazing views! ”
We had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend it. Linh, the lady who owns the homestay is so sweet, kind and helpful. We stayed in the mountain view room at the front of the homestay which had great views of the rice fields and limestone cliffs. The room was perfectly clean and the both the bedroom and bathroom were a good size. The shower actually had hot water and was consistent- unlike many other places we have stayed in Vietnam! Only issue was a bit of water coming through the door which made a puddle on the floor but since we were there as a tropical storm hit Vietnam, this couldn't be helped. We would definitely stay here again!

The only place to stay in Tam Coc”
Truly. Clean, comfortable room, delicious, generous breakfast and incredibly kind, caring hosts. The view from the property is gorgeous, and it's incredible to be right out in the rice fields and karst, but still super close to town. I'd could spend a long time here. Don't miss the chance to stay in such a special place!

Clean place, nice and cheerful family of hosts. It's like staying in a relative's house. =)”
Do note the air condioner will take time to cool down the room due to electricity constrains in the neighborhood. The host was very nice and offered to change room for us, but we opted not to change room as the air conditioner started to cool our room. Motorbike for rent and the host was kind enough to explain to us the tourist spots to visit, how far and best time to go.

Nice Little Place Just Out of Town”
This was a short walk out of the center of town. Had a nice view off to some karst and was on a dead-end street. Simple accommodation, but really lovely people. I rented a motorbike from them and drove around the area.

JUST PERFECT!”
We stayed for two nights and it was the perfect choice. Linn recommended us so well! We had been bad assisted in Hanoi and Linn just phoned and changed and arranged everything for us. She also accompained us to the train station. And afterwards we were invited for dinner by them. And the place was soo cute and nice! Everything was very clean ! We can only say thank you! Brilliant. Lovely family couldn't do enough for us and were always laughing and smiling. Very cheap! Loved having breakfast overlooking the paddie fields. Lovely set up that allows you time and space to chat with other travellers too. Love it and miss it.

Great location, although difficult to find at first! Beautiful and peaceful property with the sweetest and most helpful staff. We were really happy with our stay and all of the support we received for sight seeing and transportation information.

I can think of nothing bad to say about this place. Most of my interactions with the family was with Lian because she had the best English but everyone was amazing. I can not recommend this place highly enough!
