This place is just amazing. You can find a lot of accommodations in this area, but never with sooo great staff like here. They help us with everything ( bus, fly tickets, laundry, food, motorcycle, recommendations.....). This couple will make you feel like home 🥰

Lovely place and family”
This place was very cute, the bungalow was clean, roomy, and attractive. The garden was nicely maintained and very pretty at night. There was the option to have food together in the garden with the other travellers and I would really reccomend this as the food was very tasty and all homemade and traditional. Would definitely stay again, the family were very helpful and so friendly.

we arrived and were immediately upgraded to a private room which was incredibly nice and clean. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Make sure hou try thwir food one evening as it is amazing. and they came and talked and drank homemade rice wine with us. great great people.

Amazing family, quaint and clean bungalows. ”
Incredible hosts, Ms. Thom and Mr. Tun are overly gracious and welcoming. They cook delicious food and are more than willing to help guests at every opportunity. They speak fantastic English and the location of their homestay is just far enough away from the road that you don't hear the incessant honking of motorists in Vietnam. It's about a 15 minute walk into the tourist center of town. They have two young boys who are delightful and fun to be around. I hope they enjoy the skateboard! Thank you guys very much once again!

Stayed here for one night, room was lovely private bungalow. Family who owned Tam Coc palm house where very welcoming! We had a family dinner with all the other guests which was really nice and we all enjoyed some of the families own rice wine! Only down side is the location, a slight walk from the Main Part and hidden in some back streets, although gives you a feel Of being with the locals

Great homestay with lovely owner, big comfortable beds and good location. ”
Lovely place run by a lovely lady, Thom, and her husband. Coming down from Hanoi it was with great pleasure to find a tranquil and immaculate bungalows 5 mins away from the beauties of Ninh Binh. The rooms were clean, comfortable king beds and great attention to detail. Meals are served in a well designed Vietnamese garden, easy to socialise with other guests, especially when Thom shares some happy water (traditional rice wine) and anecdotes. We were even invited to join a local wedding! You can rent bikes and scooters from there, get your clothes washed and have lunch or dinner with the other guests. All in all, great find and has been our favourite homestay so far in our travels. Thom, thanks again for everything, hope to you see you soon!

Excellent homestay with fantastic owners”
We stayed at Tam Coc Palm house for 2 nights and that was the highlight of our trip to Tam Coc. The bungalows are brand new and decorated with taste. The bedding is excellent and the nice peaceful garden in the middle is lovely especially in the morning when waking up. But most amazing of all are the owners Thum and Tun and the family members - such fantastic hosts that shared so much with us and even invited us to have dinner with their family. And the home cooked food was excellent too! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable! We'd definitely go back there!

Gutes Frühstück, allerdings kann man sich nichts aussuchen und es gibt jeden Tag ein Gericht für alle. Man kann Gute Fahrräder für 50k und ein Roller für 125k ausleihen, mit denen man zu allen Attraktionen kommen kann. Besitzer sind super nett! Wir kamen mit dem Nachtbus in der Früh und es wurde alles getan damit wir den bestmöglichen Check in haben konnten.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in diesem schönen Homestay verbracht, die Familie ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Thom, die Gastgeberin ist so liebenswürdig. Die neuen Bamboo Häuschen sind sehr schön und sauber. Das angebotene Essen ist sehr lecker und mehr als genug - leckere vietnamesische Küche Die Gegend ist ideal zum entspannen, alle Aktivitäten können von dort aus problemlos gestartet werden. Sehr zu empfehlen

Beste homestay waar we tot nu toe verbleven in Vietnam. Heel warm ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Veel uitleg gekregen over de omgeving. Ruime propere kamer met comfortabele badkamer. Er heerst een toffe sfeer onder de gasten. We zouden zeker terug gaan!

영어를 잘하시고 매우 친절하심. 할아버지 할머니는 영어를 못 하시지만 너무너무너무 친절하고 좋으신 분이였음. 개구장이 형제들이랑 놀았던 것도 기억에 남음. 방 컨디션은 깨끗하고 에어컨 잘나옴. 그리고 무엇보다도 여기서 먹는 가정식... 진짜진짜 맛있음. 다만 위치가 구석에 있는데 닌빈은 어차피 오토바이로 여행을 많이 하니 크게 문제가 될 것 같진 않다. 오토바이도 저렴하게 대여해주신다.
