Exceptional stay (close to everything but away from the noise)”
We loved our time at the Tam Coc River View Homestay. We were away from the noise and business of the strip but close to everything. The staff were very helpful and the facilities allowed for easy, relaxation -- exactly what we needed.

Nice family running this Homestay”
I booked the big bungalow (de luxe double room) ,in the middle of the complex. Felt cozy because of the nice family. Quite area at the "end" of the lake. Many rowing boats passing by in the weekends. Weather was too cold to try the small swimming pool.

Feels at Home”
It felt like home. The room had a heater and an ac and very convenient. The owner gave all information about the place and I could hire a scooter from him so it was so convenient to travel around. The breakfast could have been more filling. The location is right by the river and 5 min walking distance from where the boat ride starts.

Great Hostel, Great location”
The hostel sits right on the banks of the river with a great view and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Very comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff.

Homestay très sympa et très bien située. Personnel sympathique. Bonne nourriture sur place. Dortoir à 4 lits très sombre et exigu. Les chambres privées avaient vraiment l’ sympas. Attention au matériel mis à votre disposition. J’a loué un scooter en mauvais état (freins très limites, moteur s’arrête sans arrêt et les suspensions foutues) et le 1er vélo loué m’a lâché !!

Die Familie war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir haben auch einen Roller gemietet. Nach dem Checkout konnten wir unser Gepäck dort lassen und am Abend sogar noch Duschen, bevor es mit dem Bus weiterging. Wir hatten zu zweit ein vierbettzimmter. (Zwei Doppelbetten) Leider war das erste Steinhart ohne Federung und beide Betten hatten eine dicke Plastik-Schutzfolie über der Matratze, sodass alles knirschte und knisterte bei jedem Drehen in der Nacht war es sehr laut. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Fantastic Location, fantastic staff, fantastic homestay”
Lage, Unterkunft und Personal sind fantastisch. Schöne Bungalows mit Terrasse und super Garten. Sitzen und essen kann man direkt am Wasser. Von hier aus kann man super Bootstouren machen, Berge besteigen und Fahrradausflüge, alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch super für Familien geeignet. Der Bahnhof Ninh Binh ist ca. 6km entfernt. Am anderen Ende des Sees (5min zu Fuss) befinden sich Restaurants und Markets. Ich war alleinreisend, männlich,40. Ich würde mit meiner Familie (Sohn 6) jederzeit hier Urlaub machen.

De douches en wc’s zijn niet zo schoon. Ook loopt er af en toe een gekko door de dorms.

Mih chỉ đánh giá riêng phòng góc trên thôi. Vì nge có vẻ các phòng phía dưới rất ổn. Nước bị hôi mùi cống, toàn phải dùng nc lọc drag rửa mặt thôi ạ, đường ống dẫn nước từ bồn rửa mặt xuống dưới còn b”
