Exceptional hotel”
The hotel opened a couple of months ago, so everything is brand new and also kept very clean and tidy. They also provide the motorbike and bicycle rental for their guests with good prices, so look no further and just rent there as it's more convenient (no complications with leaving the passport or money deposit... really simple and easy). For breakfast you are offered only two choices, but both are quite tasty and enough to get you through until lunch :). The best thing about this hotel are the owners,... a very friendly couple, always ready to help with good advice on where to go and what to see and make you feel really welcome. On the last day they let us use our room for the whole day with no extra charge and aranged a taxi to the railroad station and gave us water for the trip... you don't get to see that kind of hospitallity in other hotels.

The most amazing host ”
We recently stopped at the Tam Coc Victoria Hotel for two nights but we wish it could have been longer! The room was excellent, spacious and spotlessly clean. From the second we arrived the owner was bending over backwards to assist us. She did our laundry, made us an excellent breakfast both mornings, helped us rent bicycles and a scooter, booked our onwards travel and let us keep our room until the bus arrived in the evening. She even made us a pack up for our sleeper bus. The hotel itself is in an excellent location in the centre of Tam Coc, a short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants. This is the best place we’ve stopped in Vietnam so far and would 100% recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tam Coc. Amazing service!

Great location, Super helpful owner, Cozy and clean rooms”
The hotel is located right in the center of Tam Coc and is just a minute walk from Tam coc bus station where all buses drop and pick up tourists. It is also located slightly interior so it's not noisy with all the action going on in the center. We stayed for just one day as we had to travel to Phong Nha the next day. They had a motorbike in the hotel premises to rent. The owner lady is super helpful, speaks good english. She is very sweet and when we checked-out, she gave a bag full of water bottles and biscuits to take in the bus. The room was super clean. Very cost effective and is within walkable distance to so many restaurants. Great location. They have a link with a spa near-by, which we tried out for a foot massage. Turned out to be excellent.

Brilliant!!!”
This is such a lovely place to stay, the breakfast is delicious and was offered to us no matter what time we made it downstairs - the latest being 1pm on one day. We hired a moped and they were extremely chilled out and reasonable; not asking for our passport or anything! The location is perfect as it’s right near the town centre and a short moped ride away from the bigger attractions. It was for this reason that we ended up staying another night. The young couple running the hotel are so friendly and do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible. They booked us a bus ticket and got us a discounted price, as well as walking us to the pick up location of the bus and making us a packed lunch for the journey! Some of the most caring people we’ve met so far!

Best accommodation in the area”
Lovely hotel owned by the nicest family. The room was big and clean and offered everything we needed for our stay at Tam Coc (mini fridge, kettle, bathroom had a shower with a boiler nice comfy and large bed including an AC in the room, cloth hanger and a fan) . The hotel staff was very attentive to everything we needed and the breakfast was cooked on spot according to menu. It's not a big breakfast but it hit the spit and was accompanied with fruites and coffee or tea. Great motorbikes rate fair and located next to a bar and many mini marts. We truly enjoyed our stay :)

A Friendly family run hotel ”
We stayed in here for two nights whilst in Tan Coc. It's a very modern hotel and the rooms are exactly as they look in the pictures. Bed is very comfy and room is very clean with cleaning offered each day. The hotel is run my a couple who are very friendly and try to help with every need. We rented a moped from the hotel which was in great condition and they also helped us to get a bus back to Hanoi and made sure we got breakfast before we left. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Tam Coc.

The girls from the front desk were amazing!, booked a couple of things for us and also at the end gave us a special attention. The rooms were as described, comfy and clean. The AC worked great. Also the breakfast was great with different options to have and prepared by the same lovely ladies. A big thumbs up for this place!

The most loveliest staff in existence! ”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the staff were the most amazing people we’ve met while travelling Vietnam! The room was huge and very modern it looked like it had recently been refurbished. The location was perfect right by all the restaurants in tam coc and bus stop. The boat tour is literally less than a 2 minute walk away. You can hire a scooter from the property and breakfast was great! If your looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend staying here :)

Exceptional”
It's more like a home than a hotel! Thanks so much for the owner ask his friend for fetching us to the railway station last minute due to the grab is fully booked. The owner run this hotel with his family and he is fluent in English and Chinese so do not worry about the language problem. The owner is nice and treat us well so it's more like a home for us. And its just 50m to tam coc and the bike rental are provided too with good price. So it's really convenience to us. I'm highly recommend this hotel, will be stay again if I visit ninh binh again :)

Staff were very accomodating. They were always very sociable. We rented a motorbike from them for 2 days which was very cheap. Always offered to help. The rooms were very clean and it's right in the middle of tam coc. Would very much recommend.

Perfect location, friendly family owned”
Tam Coc Victoria Hotel is in the perfect location, located about 150ft from the bus drop-off area. The family who operates the Tam Coc Victoria is friendly and very accommodating, we arrived at 4am and after sending them a message of our arrival time they allowed us to check in. They also served us breakfast after when we woke up later on. Many tourist attractions and great restaurants are located close by and they can help you with booking any excursions. The room was newly decorated, very clean, and the internet worked fantastic. The only downfall is the noise in the morning; loud roosters and noise happening from building construction.

Great place. Really clean and well maintained. The family that run it are lovely are very helpful without being intrusive. They sorted us out with a late breakfast and super early check out breakfast the next day.
